Extremely disappointed with the professionalism of the people working here. While I did not have an issue with the staff directly, one of the staff was very "mouthy" with the customer before me. It was obvious that the staff member knew the personal so I intially dismissed it. Unfortunately when the customer before me was exiting the building one of the staff members gave the customer the middle finger to his back. The customer did not see this but the staff member made no attempt to hide it from me. Both staff members then complained about the previous customer while another customer and myself were standing in front of them. I find this type of behaviour quite disgusting and were there an alternative company, I would not give any further business to this location.

overall good experience. I prefer calling but the online works pretty well. The secondary driver info didn’t not show up at the store and the associate had trouble adding him in. Found that pre-booking on line was not any faster once we got there. The computer system seems to always be a challenge for the associate working.

The scheduling could be coordinated better. I got a call to change my time for hitch installation, and when I arrived the store was not aware. I was not treated very well by the person attending to me. A little frustrating but the manager later made up for it with her kindness when I picked up the trailer. Thank you for making my transition easier.

Well where do I start, we reserved a 10ft U-Haul to be picked up at 8:00am, they called and had to to push our reservation to 1:00pm sure no right we thought, get to the the store and our reservation was pushed yet again to 6:15pm we were upset to say the least but thought ok not much we can do, we get to the store at 6:15pm to find out we not be able to get a truck after much waiting we finally got a much larger truck I. Turn cost us a lot in gas and tolls etc. I put in a complaint and I’m waiting to hear fr9m U-Haul . So apparent a reservation means absolutely nothing....

Personal were very helpful. The Dartmouth location didn't adjust the return date in the system so the Charlottetown location had to deal with adjusting my charges as well as scrambling to find another uhaul for a different customer who booked mine a day before I was able to return it. Storage was extremely tight, which was frustrating, but the personnel there (I think her name was Brandy) went above and beyond to help us figure everything out

The lady who work there is extremely rude. I had booked online pick up 30 aug 2019 at 1:30 pm and drop at 31 aug 2019 at 11:45 am but when i was on pick up she told me she only give me till 9:00 am in the morning and she rude me and said I will cancel your reservation if you don’t back on time. I have a confirmation message in my phone but she don’t understand anything. I know you guys even don’t care for customer. But this is just for your information. Look like she is racist. I was charged an after-hours drop-off fee of $20 plus tax, when the equipment itself was dropped off a few minutes before the closing time of 5 pm. We were in our personal vehicle a couple of minutes after 5. I would like this refunded please.

Easy to use, there is a canopy to keep you dry while loading if it is raining or snowing. Bathroom on site. Lots of trollies. Wide hallways. Office staff are beyond helpful.

Wasn’t great at 1st had to call a 1-800 # girl Wasn’t knowledgable found out we had no trailer and I lost out on my FREE month Was not happy about that. Girl at store (w) glasses was great.

The door to my unit was overly "sticky". Pull-down rope was rotten and broke so I replaced it. Big moving trucks should not use summer tires in Canadian winters. Minor complaints, but I am happy with.

Staff we’re great! U-haul policy didn’t allow me to rent for a week...which was all I needed a storage for. So I paid a month fee for a starage unit that sat empty for 3/4 of the term. A rip off.

Your system of charging month by month is not in anyway fair. I moved my things August 2nd and was charged for a full month! 195.00 for 2 days. Is there not a way to charge by the day?

For the units inside (the ones without outside access) you cannot access them after a certain time of the day (depending on the day and their schedule). Other than that, 100% staff and facility.

Pymt issue - As a Gov't dept we were paying through Arizona on credit card (cc). U-Haul indicated paid but some payments were never showing on our cc stmt. Switch to online acct pymt which worked.

Got different responses and prices for inquiries about my move. Tried to charge me nearly $100 more in mileage than I was quoted, threatened with collection agency when I refused... took a supervisor.

Kara was awesome. Despite the country-wide computer meltdown, she remain calm, cool and collected while under pressure from the backlog of people who needed help. If there were 6-stars, she'd get 'em!
