BREANN H | Overall ExperienceWent to clear out my unit after much personal life struggle to find out staff had given my person information out. This caused a family member to show up when I was with professional movers at MY unit and cause a scene which almost needed police intervention. This info was given out by either Brandy or Kyle,as they know both myself and the other party from previous unit rentals during moves. To say this was unprofessional is and understatement. Also knowing Kyle has a sexual assault history with charges and is working as/in a manager position like he claims is very u settling esp when it's public knowledge. The stress caused by this was very unfortunate and unexpected due to your staff giving out my personal info. I'd like to know what compensation or remedy for this situation I was put in is going to be. You have my contact information, I await your reply.

Was told I could get 1 month free storage promo but refused (no trucks available to go one way, was told if I rent and return to same place they would honour 1 month free promo - they did not). Was told I could rent a 1 way trailer next day and get extension of 1 month free after paying one month - they refused this after I rented trailer. Overall very poor communication and very poor customer service in Charlottetown.
MALCOLM S | Online Move InI have rented various sized lockers over the past number of years and had no problems whatsoever. My locker was never broken into or had water / pest damage so very grateful. Counter service was excellent. I will be back if I ever need storage space again.
Dorothy p | Overall ExperienceOnly thing can be an issue is where we load into the main inside units , when vehicles parked it can be awkward to load/unload , but i hear new building being made will fix that. Staff always good to interact with

One month free is great and all however if I need four days longer, I pay $150 because there is not bi weekly, weekly or daily options. When I was trying to locate the locker which would be the size I needed, I was met with a condescending remark which was uncalled for. When you try to call the office during hours of operation, you can hardly ever reach anyone.

erika d | First ImpressionsWe had no issues at all. When we had concerns we spoke to staff and issues were resolved. We had our storage unit for a year and never had any issues at all.
Melissa M | Overall ExperienceThis was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My stuff was sold before the date. It was legally allowed. There was no compensation offer. Extra charges were constantly put on, and this is not done at other facilities. The only reason that this is still being allowed here is because people don’t know there are better options out there.
