John ZI was told the van had a full tank of gas and I had to bring it back the same way. I traveled 22 miles and when I filled it up it took 6 1/2 gallons. I'm sure it wasn't full when I took it. I mentioned it to the person I rented from but there was no comment. I'm sure the van gets more than 3 miles to the gallon.

Michael LKelly Klink is a superhero. I don't know what your policy is regarding super-human abilities, but I might actually badger someone until she gets a raise. If there was anyone who deserves it, it's Kelly. In a chaotic world full of uncertainty, she has been the light at the end of the tunnel. Yes, I am fully aware this sounds weird for a UHaul manager! But she literally, not figuratively, made my life whole. I owe her a portion of my sanity, and a large share of my well being. I cannot stress enough the impact she has made on my life, through accidental coincidence. Kelly is a gleaming gem amongst the stones I must traverse, and I state that with instance.

JOSEPH FLeaky cargo area and leaks in the cab from where the seatbelt attached. Water continuously ran onto me while driving and leaked on our boxes. The attendants made it seem easier to drop off at a different location than it was.

Jeffrey DRent them a truck that works and not missing every second. We find it very hard to believe they didn't know there was something wrong with this vehicle when they rented it to us. Roadside assistance came and put a band aid on the problem. Unnecessary stress.
Don GThe trucks should be filled up with gas so you can just replenish what you use. The insurance should be reimbursed if you don't use it. Local moves should be charged a lower rate I used 15 total miles and spent almost 100 dollars. That's a little excessive, no one showed me how to use the truck or walked around the truck with me.

Carol WWe were charged for equipment we didn't use. We were also charged for fuel that we already replaced. This is our second experience with this location. This time the staff wasn't as friendly as the first time and we were overcharged. Disappointed.
Eric DAs new U-Haul users, the check in process was smooth, but directions for once we got outside to meet the person assisting us with our trailer and hitch were a little unclear. Nothing major, though!

aaron sEveryone there was great but the problem I had with estimating how much gas to put in. They treated me well and compensated me for my mistake and I appreciate that. My recommendation would be to go back to how it was previously you pick up a truck with a full tank of gas and you returned it that way. To estimate how much gas is needed to take it back to a quarter of a tank is a little hard to judge.

Vicki PCould u have U-Haul available in beaver falls or new Brighton. Chippewa and monaca are out of the way for some of us. They use to have them in new Brighton on Penn ave I've taken ones back there years ago idk what happened.
Stacey YI ran a storage facility so I know what I like. I love that you can pull in, feel secure, get a cart and it's all climate controlled so no need for pallets!! Very convenient and clean! Thank you!!

Michael T | Premières impressionsI reserved a 10x10 unit online. The instructions when arriving could definitely be a little more clear. But besides that fact. When I arrived I found I was given 2 5x10 units not one 10x10. I saw a worker in the hall I asked about my situation they said they consider it the same because it's the same square footage. Which I understand. But I had several large awkward items that required a 10x10. She told me to go to the office. I go to the office and explain that I need a 10x10 and the woman behind the desk couldn't have had more attitude. She explained that my units were side by side I said that wasn't even the case they were around the corner from one another and she began arguing what unit numbers I was given. I then showed her on my phone that she was incorrect but she still insisted she was right even though I went to the units and found my tags. It turns out a 10x10 was readily avaliable so why I I not just given what I reserved in the first place? Not only that but when checking out it makes no mention that you may be substituted with two 5x10 units instead of one 10x10 and it doesn't ask if that is acceptable. That needs to be corrected. And the employees need a little more training in customer service. If I wasn't in a pinch I would absolutely left and stored my belongings elsewhere.

We were moving out belongings in our unit. We came across a problem with a large antique hutch that was my mothers ( her mothers) and we couldn't get it on the UHaul. Devin was quick to assist us and he helped us find a smaller closer storage unit closer to the garage. I wanted to make mention of Devins thoughtfulness and ability to listen to our concerns and find a resolution without any further complications that evening. I couldn't thank him enough for his assistance. A few days later we got the right equipment to get that piece of furniture out and he was the one that checked us out. I was so glad to see him as I was able to thank him one more time. As our countrys work ethic has changed so much over the past few years its extremely frustrating when people won't help you when needed. You have a good employee with Devin! We had no issues while we were renting there and more than likely would of returned if needed..but we will definitely return now! Thank you again Devin Heinrich for your professionalism, your support, and your help that evening!

The employees seem puzzled by this especially the person that rented it out to me. They did find me similar storage on the opposite end of the facility, which wouldn't have been an issue except I had already unloaded half the moving truck. That made for a long haul since we did not want to repack the moving truck to simply get to the other side. In the end, I was able to get my belongings in a suitable storage unit. So despite the inconvenience the experience was satisfactory.

It would shut off after about 10 seconds. I learned to just ignore it. It also seems odd that there is a sign in the lobby area that prohibits leaving trash, but the It was always full of old furniture, mattresses, etc. Inside, Maverick was very friendly and helpful each time I went into the office no matter how busy he was.

My time is valuable too, so please fix your issue. If I had another convenient option I would have walked out. This is not the fault of this faculty, they were great.

For people who have never rented a u-haul truck or a storage facility, it can be confusing until someone shows you how everything works. The 10' truck I rented was in terrible condition. The engine slips & I just got on the highway & had to get off an exit bc of low tire pressure. The windshield was filthy too. The staff that works there isn't helpful & speaks in an irritating tone! These employees are losing you business!!!!!!!! 1 out of 10, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I was disappointed in the size of the smallest unit that I have because it said it was big enough to store one room worth of stuff in, maybe if you were storing a bathrooms worth of stuff, but we managed to store the few things I needed to. Otherwise, it was very clean, and the staff was very helpful.
