betty p. | Overall ExperienceI ran a storage facility so I know what I like. I love that you can pull in, feel secure, get a cart and it's all climate controlled so no need for pallets!! Very convenient and clean! Thank you!!
Bonnie S. | Overall ExperienceI only used 8 of my 30 days and the policy is no refund for unused days but they will charge the next person for price for a unit already paid for so my unit will sit empty until the 28th. Plus I signed on line for the $49 unit and was forced into an $80 unit

Made an unauthorized charge right in front of me and said she wouldn't remove it. Had to call discover and they removed right away. Unfriendly staff in the afternoon, Charged me for gas I didn't use. I give them a 0 out of ten
