The employee including the GM need to be educated and not make there own rules for rentals... I was told at 6st location I can only rent a cargo van with credit card. I had to contact corporate to handle the situation. Corporate was great and refunded me money, but it was very stressful and incredibly inconvenient.

individual check me in didn't follow up and i received a text message saying i didn't return the trailer on time.. i had to call and refresh their memory that i had already returned the trailer. they had to go out and verify that the trailer was there. not good customer service .

Employees were very helpful and courteous. I did not check out the 6’x12’ trailer that I rented which had some leaves and debris left by previous user. However, I was not charged when I returned the trailer. I will definitely use this U-Haul facility again. Thanks!

Reserved a van. I was told that I needed a major credit card to rent it. I have rented uhaul vans in so many other uhaul and was never asked for a major credit card have always used my debit card. Was told it was policy but when asked to see the policy ..the Uhaul worker could not produce it. But keep saying it was policy. I myself tried to search for this policy..and could not find it. I have spent lots of money with Uhaul..renting these vans. I was completely disappointed in the actions of this location and the complete disrespect that had occurred because of it..they cost me money and time. Will never do business again with Uhaul again.

The folks were fine. My criticism was that the parking area was full of trash and the U-Haul trailer was filthy on the inside. After damaging a piece of leather furniture with black dust/ dirt i had to thoroughly sweep out the trailer. I also pointed out an obvious nail in a tire which was changed (the tire) before I left.

Wash your vehicles...I have been renting vehicles for the past for weeks and each of them were filthy dirty on the outside. The vehicle I rent on Saturday I had to rinse off when I got it home just so I could see out the windshield. Perhaps hiring a mobile car wash service would be an answer... Profits aren't everything. BTW, your mobile check in/out needs work. Having to repeatedly take pictures over and over again because the system won't up load is a very inconsistent.

I felt discriminated against on my visit. The employee did everything he could to avoid from assisting me. He had no choice because no one else was available and yet he asked his co-worker if he can assist me while he was assisting someone else. While he finally assisted me his co-worker returned from helping another customer he tells him to complete my order and he walked away. I made a comment stating he didn't want to assist me and he and his co-worker heard me. His description is a short black male kind of muscular built.. everyone else was polite and had good customer service..

took to long to check in almost 40min to get truck the excuse was an update the other thing I was not satisfied with was that I put extra gas on the truck and was not refunded for it but if it was left with less gas I would have been charged for it.

Only thing that need done in this location is more help . The guys there work there butts off. But it's not enough specially when you have up to 15 people waiting for help right when it opens.

No personnel outside, and so went inside to let them know I needed to check in my truck. The ordered me to wait in the truck and someone would come and help me. Waited for 30 minutes in the truck for the same member of the personnel to come help me and were rude during the process.

I am sure not all rentals are like this but my rental was dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke in the cab and the brakes were very spongy when the truck was loaded.

Arrived at 7:00 when location opened and was 5th person in line. Took 40 minutes before we were assisted because staff said computers were VERY slow. Staff stated corporate was doing a system updated. This was the Saturday on the last weekend of the month. This does not seem like an optimal time for a computer update. After 50 minutes we finally left and this was even after I had done the online express check in.

Customer service person Stephanie was quite nice. But, no down stairs units, no elevator, and at age 73 I have to climb stairs with my packages to get to my unit. I am schedule knee surgery in May.

Just want to thank the management and staff at Uhaul of Corona for always being so friendly every time i would go. I would of kept my unit but the drive from Hemet to corona wasn't working for me.
