They did not call me back to let me know will I be able to leave my car inside the lot as I use to do before instead leave it outside in the street in strange neighborhood. The truck was thirty especial the the windows The driver door not close secure, it opened while I was driving. It needs a lot of force to close it Two yellow lights were on the dashboard, and I have picture if you like to see I have to stay on line to pick up the in the morning even I have did filled pick up on line as your website advised me They do not have a enough furniture dolly, I got only one instead of two I called them because I have a question about the charge, they put me on hold for more than 20 minutes They had me to fold the blankets otherwise they will charge me, thanks God they did not ask me to wash them. I have used U Hall all the times I have moved, never experience anything like that.Maged M.

Reserved a 26' truck and had the email to prove it. However when I went to pick it up they had it down for a 20'. Even showed them the email confirmation, but they would not fix it. This turned a 1 day move into a two day move. Very unhappy about this.Michael S.
Some of my issue is with the dishonesty of the website quote. It's not ok to quote $40ish dollars and then more than double that at the time of pick up due to fees that are not clearly mentioned on the website quote. Also, the young man who took my payment and gave me the rental truck NEVER SAID â€œbe sure to bring the truck back with the same amount of gas as it has now.â€ I gave my approximate mileage at the time of rental and assumed I would be charged that amount (at minimum) and more if I went over. Nope. The mileage fee is separate from the gas fee. This was NOT disclosed. So, at the end of an exhausting day of moving (and driving only approx. 20 miles), I was told I would be charged an ADDITIONAL $30 for gas. This brought my original online quote of around $40 to over $100. Not cool. Not honest. Not a happy customer.Tracy M.

I went and dropped off the truck ,,this was my 3rd rental in a week personally moving from hme to hme with my family when I dropped the truck off he noticed a small spill of liquid and asked if it was like this or did it happen when I was using i said a small bottle broke in a box it really was a small spill he told me why I didn't clean it up and got upset I said I pay for the service other truck I didn't return it damaged it jst needs a little cleaning he said if u borrow a friend's truck u wouldn't bring g it back like this then he grabbed the mop so I said give me the mop!! I took it and wiped it clean in 4 sec and said nxt time I'll wash it and wax it for u before I bring it back I told him 10 employees standing around doing nothing and im cleaning the spot in the truck some customer service i couldn't believe it..Michael S.
