I was to return my vehicle at 7 a.m.. i arrived at 640 a.m. The location was not open on time. Again the app failed and I had to wait. I called other locations to see if I could drop the vehicle with them. No location could accept it. An employee arrived at about 740 a.m.. sign stated wait in your vehicle for an agent. I wait for an employee to come out. I went in where the employees walked past me to open the the business and ignored me. I was told to wait outside and someone would assist me. I rented a car carrier from this location and the team member was annoyed when he was asked to place the equipment on my vehicle to secure it to the carrier. It was missing some of the pieces for the rear anchoring chain and it took him some time to make the correction. Once done he said that it was ready to go. We left California heading for Texas and during a stop at a gas station in Phoenix, Arizona, I found that the web straps that go around the front wheels were not on them. I googled a " how to " and secured the straps. We were very lucky that our car wasn't damaged or wrecked involving others. I don't recall the associates name, but I strongly recommend a thorough equipment understanding and implementation check for the staff at the Corona,California location.Rudolpho C.

There was a long line at the counter, maybe because it was Sunday morning. I had to pay over 200 dollars for a 26' truck one way 48 miles. I thought that was too much compared to my last uhaul rental fee weeks earlier.William H.
Too busy and no one available to help. It was all mobile/ virtual on my phone, so ok. But there was no place to park the truck and literally no human available (we dropped off during business hours).BRYAN L.
Went in to pick up my reservation which I reserved online and when I got there they told me it has to be put onto a credit card which I don't have nor was it noted on the website when I made the reservation. Luckily I was able to speak with Sheri who helped me get everything situated and off to my destination. Thank you so much. 1 comment regarding web site: I included the furniture pads in the rental. The web site listed as a Dozen, but they are actually packaged in qty of 6. It was no issue for me since the 6 pads were large and did what I needed, but please dont list on web site as a dozen and only rent 6. Thank yourandall B.

The location is great. Customer service is horrible. Dealt with a few different people and one in particular, Kuri, was horrible to work with. He does not belong in a position that works with people AT ALL. If I refer anyone to this location, I will tell them to walk out the door if â€œKuriâ€ is there! As a side note, I also worked with Sherrie and she was great to deal with. If it hadnt been for her showing me the truck and explaining how everything worked, I would have been lost.Deanna D.

Rented a car trailer U-Haul to drive across country it was very very easy and safeTedi V.
I have used uhaul multiple times and this was the worst experience I have had. I used the online reservation option and I arrived on time and there was no one in line, and it took 40 minutes to get the hitch on my car. The guy was slow and very unfriendly. I tried a few times to makes small talk and it was obvious that he was completely unhappy at his job. He sold me the wrong hitch set up and a light adapter when I told him I didn't need a light adapter. Then when I tried to install it I showed him I was wrong and that I didn't need the adapter. So we went back in and he had to look around for the right parts and it cost more. Several times he forgot to charge me for a part so I had to give me my license and card. I have 5 charges from uhaul on my bank statement now. None of the refunds have come through. I am completely disappointed with uhaul and I will be sharing my experience with other review sites if I don't hear back in a timely manner. Jonathon Sepulveda 714.417.2358Jonathon S.
The permitters in the "all mighty computer" regarding which trucks can rent which trailers has no merit or logic. I failed to get a logical answer after asking two managers in two different locations why a F-150 cannot be used to tow a car carrier but a Bronco can, both which have the same 351 w engine and weighting (F-150= 6250 GVWR, Bronco= 6300 GVWR). I then called Phoenix, Arizona with this question, and two days later recalled, the manager said "that is what the computer says, and nobody can question the computer!" ...If you want to improve your company you might want to give valid reasons for your decisions or rethink following the policy of "Corporate Statism". BTW, Computers are not people, nor should they control a "viable" Customer Service Department or a Main office. Also, the IT that made your web site, needs more seasoning to complete their goals and/or convey their/your thoughts for information needed. signed and approved by, "HAL 9000"James K.
