All tires were low 20 psi and one tire was low 30 psi. I was unable to fill the tires at multiple gas stations as tire pressure should be at 90psi. This affected my fuel efficiency on the trip and driveability across country. Also windshield washers did not function, resulting in being unable to clean the windshield for the entire trip, making driveability at night and during the day in the Viola storm terrible.

Need someone in the store to help customers. I m a new renter and had no idea what i was supposed to do and the store person was also not very well informed. This can be discouraging if we dont know who to ask. Also the pickup area is quite tough to locate as well.

The rented equipment and dolly were not available, and the staff simply didn't offer an alternative, they were not helpful, the staff offered a bigger truck, but had to do a full moving without the dolly, and the reservation was supposed to be guranteed, and at the end I was charged for 2 days, altough I use the equipment just for one day. Uhaul service is terrible, is something you use just because you have to.

I am very offended by Uhaul at this location..I have been giving them my business for quite awhile but after this never again. The people that they have working for them are very unprofessional, and then one top of that, I was charged for two days when in fact I only had the truck for 4 hrs., waiting on Sandra the manager to return my call, to handle the situation.... NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Pickup took long , at least 30 minutes . Van was FULL of roaches. When van was dropped off, incorrect mileage was in system and i was asked to pay $300 for going 700 miles which i didn't use .

The staff was too busy on a personal phone (speakerphone) to explain the charges/ contract. When I returned the truck and my charges were more than expected, a rude staff stated “you should've read the contract”. Well you all should take the time to explained. Rent somewhere else where the staff have people skills, manners and know how to talk to the customers. I will never rent from UHail again.

I rent a trailer once a week and prefer to use this location. (U-Haul Moving & Storage of Dade County-Miami, FL) Their service is professional, and they meet my organization's needs.

Did not receive the vehicle I requested. Ordered a 10 foot but they only had a larger size. Was not charged extra but didn't want a larger truck due to my loading areas. Desk person told me I had requested the larger truck when I had not. Also, although I did all the pre-registration on line, I had to repeat everything in the store. The most concerning thing, however, was the lack of pandemic cautions inside and outside the building. None of the staff (inside and outside) wore masks. There was plexiglass in front of the desk staff but the glass wasn't tall enough and didn't negate the need for masks. The desk person actually got up and walked into the customer space to go outside without a mask and walked very close to me and my partner. Then a different staff person came in from outside without a mask and walked close by. When I returned the vehicle later that day, another outside person didn't have a mask. It's not that they had the masks low on their faces, they had no masks in sight. This was very disturbing and totally unacceptable, especially as there was signage on the door that masks were required.

The staff were all helpful and did whatever they could to accommodate us. I had a great experience except for one detail which was not the fault of the employees at the store. When I called to reserve the storage unit I spoke to someone at the call center. This gentleman was very impatient and he kept cutting me off when I tried to speak. I explained to him that I was looking for a ground level unit because I had knee surgery and couldn’t do stairs. He told me that he only had a 2nd floor unit and assured me multiple times on the call that this storage facility has an elevator and that I should be fine. That was a lie. I couldn’t even change my location because there were no other spaces available at other locations. I had to carry all my belongings up 2 flights of stairs with a bad knee. I believe that this situation could have been avoided if the gentleman had a little empathy and love for his job.

My storage unit was riddled with mice and their droppings. I didn't have any food items for them to eat like i was advised, yet the were in boxes eating my books. Also, even with insurance the items are irreplaceable where i thought they would be safe packaged away. That was not the case! Label me Disappointed!

Staff absolutely useless and careless. Probably the most disrespectful experience and the worst memory. Will surely totally forget about this company for furniture need. I only hope this kind of experience is only happening at that location (which is apparently not the case based on what another customer was saying while being there). Good luck! you have a very long way to go if you want to be competitive in Customer Service experience.

Horrendous experience. Truck I reserved a week in advance was not available. Customer rep couldn't be less interested in helping me or anyone else. I managed to get a 26' truck, even though I reserved a 15'. The truck I did get had no working AC and the driver window crank was broken off.

I'm a Moving Helper. I do a lot of pick up truck rentals for Uboxes. This U-Haul location is the most horrible of all. The manager is a mess. She lacks organizational skills and always not in the office. The sale representative there seems like she lacks basic fundamental knowledge of relating with people. These types of people shouldn't be allow to handle day to day businesses. They're just too ghetto, and they think everyone have the same low level of understanding as them. U-Haul need to do something about this, for they're liability and bad image for such thriving entity. I rest my case!!

The location was convenient for what I needed it for. The only thing I took issue with was the pricing, but I was in a bind and had no choice but somebody should really evaluate that fee schedule.
