People FaceTiming while at work , headphones on while customers are trying to talk to customer service reps , workers not greeting you when you walk in to rent or return is not the best business practice. Will I return “yes” but to a different location. In any business customers should feel welcome when you walk in so you can keep coming back again and again to leave your money with them . This experience was the complete opposite . At least in this location . I am regular customer since I rent trucks / trailers often.

There was a long line to return the trucks. We talked to the lady and she checked the truck and said we are ok to leave it there. Next morning they call me and tell me I didn't return the truck. I had to talk to two people so they could see that the truck was parked. A week later they charged me for keeping the truck an extra day and for not filling the tank. I left it full on the day stated on the contract and they charged me anyway. It seems like they charged you as much as they can to see what they can get away with. This is very poor service and the defenition of a scam. Randy Verdecia is the customer service rep I spoke with to dispute the charges and he is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. He was rude and at one point was yelling at us before he disconnected the call. I will never rent with this company again.

the employees was rude. I had a situation where I felt like my furniture would ruin because of the rain. I wanted to switch the truck to a van and I was told I will be charge rental fee and mileage. there was no solution. I went around the store and found items to cover my furniture. I wasnt given an option.

The inside of the Trucks really should be wiped down along with the windshields on the inside. The smell inside was horrible and the windshield was very dirty.

The Hispanic Customer Service Representative was rude. I asked her the different sizes of the vehicles and she said I don't know, look it up. Then she asked me for my credit card and license. I provided the items and then when I stepped outside to compare sizes she gave my bank card to a stranger (another employee) which caused me to get into an argument with him when he refused to give me the card because he didn't like me asking him why he had my card in the first place. Then when I returned the vehicle I returned it on 1/4 but they put 1/8 in the system. It was a horrible experience and I will never return. It's ran like some ghetto establishment.

My experience with customer service at this particular UHaul location was the worst I had experienced. Madison was rude, with bad attitude all the time for no reason. If she doesn’t like what she do she should leave that job. The guy outside to assist you with the equipment was also totally off. Don’t expect any kind of courtesy from this people. I saw how Madison was treating other customers and I was feeling sorry for them too.

On arrival I was told that they did not have my reservation, implying no trailer. Almost 15 minutes later when asked for my license I asked well do you have my trailer? The 4 wheel furniture dolly was offered as a hand truck and strap, not useful.

This review is not for the site that we dropped off at. It is for the UHAUL experience overall. I spent HOURS! I would guess between driving and on the phone trying to fix this stupidity, 8-12 hours, easy. I spent WELL above the $30 they credited me, in gas, just to drop the damn thing off and then to retrieve my car the following day. I drove to 3 physical locations that are listed on your website. I didn't call each one because I didn't have cell service available (not to mention it is not safe to drive and talk on a phone- and I was driving a 28 ft RV with a 10-12 ft transporter on it, not so easy to just pull over in traffic) The next day I asked for help from NUMEROUS people, most were unhelpful. ALL I WANTED WAS A DROP OFF LOCATION ON THE WEST SIDE OF MIAMI! What did you guys do, you sent me to the East side and I couldn't even unload there. They had to send me to a second location and then I had to go to a third location for propane and when I got there, they couldn't fill it. (I guess they couldn't have called and asked before sending me there.) The traffic is so bad in the East side of Miami, that my ride (the federal gov't) couldn't get me to my car before 7 pm (it was 4 pm) Then the store that had my car told me that I could keep it there, but that it was a bad area, and that I shouldn't be surprised if a rock gets thrown through my windshield. I had bikes on the back, so I worried about those too, but luckily when we finally were able to get there today, everything was safe. If I can help it, i will NOT be using Uhaul again. It was a horrible experience. I can't believe that you allow franchises to post their locations on your nationally available website when the locations don't ever exist. THIS WAS HORRIBLE. I had three different people trying to help me get this thing dropped off and they all thought that those locations were viable. Shame on you for wasting literally an entire day of my time running around a busy city with a very large vehicle. Very unsafe.

The staff members, the two young ladies and the very y’all gentlemen without locks (in Miami) were a fantastic crew! The gentleman cleaned out the truck for it had extreme amounts of animal fur and some sticky substances in the cab. There was another sticky substance in the truck itself, on the ground, but the gentleman was unable to get it up. Also, we had a bit of a pest problem. Ants were sharing the ride with us, thank God, no one was bit. The cab, seated for three, could not been for three adults. If it is, it was more for petite size adults. We were grateful to get what we needed. Thank you.

Went inside and the gal was not helpful sent me out to the parking lot to look for someone to return my tailor to he was sitting in a van on his phone - I had to flag him down and ask to return my tailor - he then sent me to another person on the other side of the parking lot who was changing his shoes and took his time getting to me. not good service or attendance

Good Morning - I use the van for 9 miles in total - when I picked up the van there was a guy who just give me the keys and pointed that this was my van ... the carton for the sun was still on my window so I putted out side and he called me to put behind my seat ... he Never went to the van so I saw my gas tank was less then a quarter I put 5 dollars into the van and they still charged me 4 dollars and something .., sorry this was not a great service at all

This is the first time I use this location because the location where I usually do business was unavailable. Service was fine, pick up was easy and they started the truck brought the truck around and was easy to get out. The problem started when we turned off the car and to try and turn it on was a mission. Both me and my husband tried and the car wouldn't start. We had such a hard time and thought about calling the uhaul service center to try and help us over the phone. We pressed buttons and the parking brake and it would miraculously turn on. That went on all day. Our fear was to turn off the car and that we wouldn't get it to start again when we had to move. Luckily we made it to the center where we rented it from and I turned it off and was so glad to finally give it back. Then the rep asked me to bring the car forward after him and after the rep saw how I was struggling to turn on the car he hopped on and turned it on. I asked him how he was able to do that since the whole day we had trouble and told him our story and he said all you had to do is jiggle the key back and forth. He said that the truck we got had this problem and that it wasn't us. It would have been nice to know this beforehand instead of trying to figure out how to turn on the car. We did not appreciate it at all. We were not happy to get a car with a problem especially one that didnt start normally. If that was the only option then it should have come with a disclaimer letting us know about the problem.
