My storage room was scary. It was like the silence of the lamp type of room. Black sticky paint and the floor has holes it's perfect for rats and insects to enter. The floor is always wet cause there is water leak from the AC. That's a safety issue right there. The personnel was nice and friendly however I always felt you have guys walking around waiting for a tip! I had a one month free so I what can I expect really.Victor G. | Expérience générale

The truck was super dirty and damaged. Customer services in this location is horrible. Thank god that at least the phone reps are really good. They gave me the wrong truck that was asigned to me. Also they put the wrong miles saying I did 14318 miles .. truck had some dirty shirts and smelled disgusting in the Cargo area. Also, they charged me for an extra dolly that I paid for and they didn't have it on the location. They just told me â€œgrab one if you see one aroundâ€ . They were on the phone and barely looked at my phone when I went inside to show them the reservation to request my keys. I don't like it at all, hopefully they don't charge me extra, also I will be happy if they do something for me.Argisa B.

I have been trying to reach U-haul for days. After waiting over 1 hour for customer service every day for about 1 week, I was finally referred to speak to the regional manager of Florida, who did give me a call back, and offered to reimburse 250 $dollars for late delivery (my guaranteed delivery was on 7/15, finally delivered on 7/21), but since there was water damage on my box which I had not fully assessed, I opted for waiting until further assessment of my items. This person, gave me their phone number, which I have tried calling and leaving several messages, and still have yet to hear back. I have used Ubox twice already for cross country moves, and I have never experienced such poor service as this time. My box arrived late, I was told I could not even access it until 7/17 on a Haul site. The box was wet, my items inside were wet. They told me they were unable to deliver until 7/20, just to call me by the end of the day on 7/20 to tell me they were actually delayed until 7/21. The communication was HORRIBLE. Customer service did their best to answer my questions, but every time I called it was a 1 hour wait, and every time they transferred me 1 more hour waiting, and no solution on sight. After I finally received my U-box, the lock just came off, given that the wood on the box was ROTTEN, from the water damage, I don't even know to begin with all the damage. A new rollaway closet with my dresses, was covered in MOLD, a new closet, in less than 3 weeks, covered in MOLD. My clothes inside were damp, smelling foul. I have furniture that I had to just throw out. Multiple items were covered in mold. I have several brass metal items that have corroded, that were in mint shape and extremely well packed with plastic coverings. Well, to even say that the latch for my lock that was supposed to be protecting my belongings, just came off without any force, due to how rotten with box was. I wish someone would answer my calls, and at the least reimburse me for this move. It was a joke. I'm happy to send you pictures if needed. The whole van was dirty it had damages all around, the side door would not open because of the damages, at one point the van wouldn't move forward or backwards I had to cut it off and on so it would engage. I don't know what happened to uhaul but it used to be a reputable company. Get people who want to work & take care of the fleet. At this point I will not rent from them again ðŸ˜-JACQUELINE A.

My issue with uhaul started when I went to the location that I choose to pick up the truck, and first they didn't have the key of the truck, and after they found out the truck was actually broken, I had to go to another location to pick up, when I picked up my uhaul the tires were with low pressure, and the truck was dirty and with a bunch of maintenance alerts at the panel. I didn't fell save driving the truck, and I have to pay two hours of work for my movers, but they weren't moving anything, because I was late due the truck issues. very disappointing as uhaul is know by fair price and good quality, but not with me. this time I spent more than expected and more if I had to hire a moving company.Rogerio R.
Location from my original reservation was changed to this location (25 minutes from my original destination). Didnt realize until I got to the original drop off location (5 minutes from my original desitnation) Why this wasn't more clearly communicated is beyond me. The new drop off location shows business hours of up until 7pm. Having already made a detour to another location, I was still able to get here by 6:45, guess what, they were closed. Emoyees inside but nobody came out to hp me or the other person that came after me. I filled up the fuel to more than enough to bring it up to 3/4 - which is how much it was when I got it. Still, somehow I was charged for 5 gallons of fuel. Didnt want to do the key drop off for this reason, but when employees decide to close business 15 minutes prior to closing time, guess this is what happens. Google reviews for this location are par for the course in terms of my experience as well. I dropped the truck off on the 8th, and for some reason receipt shows it was returned on the 10th. Understand business was "closed" when I returned it, so that would make return date the 9th - so why the extra day...Basit G.
I went there in the morning to get car trailer. They did all paperwork and I asked if I can pick it up later. I've been told that is not a problem. When I came later back the trailer was not there and there was another shift. They had no clue that I made reservation before said they have to do it again from scratch and I have to pay it. I spent 45 min because she obviously didn't know how to cancel previous order. After two days I received phone call and the guy asked what time I'm coming to return trailer. I was surprised said I have one more day. That's what I pay for. I asked that gentleman if he did refund because they charged me twice for same thing and he got upset starting to call me "bro, let me do my job"... and he hang up on me. First time renting from self storage and my husband's leg got trapped to the rotted wooden floor. His little finger got damaged while he tried to remove himself out from the hole. My husband had to be rushed to the hospital. At first, when I came to the office, the customer service was laughing at me and not taking me seriously while my husband was in pain. The staff were all helpful and did whatever they could to accommodate us. I had a great experience except for one detail which was not the fault of the employees at the store. When I called to reserve the storage unit I spoke to someone at the call center. This gentleman was very impatient and he kept cutting me off when I tried to speak. I explained to him that I was looking for a ground level unit because I had knee surgery and couldn't do stairs. He told me that he only had a 2nd floor unit and assured me multiple times on the call that this storage facility has an elevator and that I should be fine. That was a lie. I couldn't even change my location because there were no other spaces available at other locations. I had to carry all my belongings up 2 flights of stairs with a bad knee.
