Had to wait over an hour after posted opening hours for someone to arrive to open the store. Truck was fairly new but inside of windshield was dirty and hard to see through. Key fob did not have a battery so key had to be used to unlock doors. Manager was apologetic due to a no show/ no call employee issue but there was still a long wait which affected several renters.

Store was scheduled to open at 9:00am but no one arrived to open store until approximately 9:45am and only after two other customers also waiting with reservations for 9am called central office to complain and look for an update.

I experienced excellent customer service with Alexis, who is the General Manager, as well as with other staff members.

The gas tank should have been full. I mentioned that it did not appear to be full. One of the employees appeared to take a photo. I topped off the tank before I started my task. It was 6 gallons short and cost me $16. Upon return, I mentioned the situation and said that a photo was taken. There was no photo and the employee did not believe me or the receipt I showed him. Not sure what you can do except insure that the tank is full be renting. You can be assured that I will not be a customer again.

I spoke with 5 different young ladies (one a supervisor) that were awesome. They were very caring, helpful and treated me like I was the most important customer. I would highly recommend them (sorry I don’t remember their names)! The roadside service was prompt, courteous and pleasant. I believe working with the roadside (and 2 locations) agents was a good experience . They explained everything they were doing. One even switched transporter to a more appropriate one, a very good thing! The first 2 transporters (the first with a flat tire making a day late in leaving the location), even though listed as applicable, caused damage to my car. Next issue was the wheel straps came of the car and the third was a blown out tire and rim with the other tire flat besides the flat tire, which could have been catastrophic, if on a different a different highway.

they gave me a broken vehicle and tried to hold me responsible for the damage even though we took it back after just 2 hours when we noticed that the wheel is too low. the receptionist hang up the phone on me three times, don't remember her name. she insisted that we damaged the car obviously she is rude and unprofessional plus the fact that we paid extra for insurance, so it's unethical and fraud. of course I ended up not paying.

Lost key.. and customer service, never provided any support.. and had me waiting for 5 hours for them to assist me, and after I called them back, the support was null in void.. I do a lot of business with uhaul.. but after this experience, I'm warning my customers to go elsewhere...

We had a truck for less than 2 hours a little over two hours got charged a hundred and I think it was 16 bucks more I don't think that's $19 a day plus they're too many extra charges that I understand insurance but almost seems like its it's a rip off

I was charged for blankets ($5.00) but didn’t use any. When I returned to store it was taken care of but I learned that the charge was the result of a green tie that was in the cab. The tie was in the cab when I rented the truck. You should also let renters know that in the 27’ truck whenever you start it the transmission defaults to a towing mode. Tell people how to disable that feature.

1. Truck needed to be washed and vacuumed prior to my pick up 2. No Drop box on site for return.... I looked everywhere. Had to go in and disrupt the clerk who was tending to a guest.

Not sure why they don't just close the location. They can't keep staff and the staff they do have would rather send you to another store before trying to do their job. Good luck to the new manager, hopefully she last longer than the managers before her.

Have nothing bad to say except there needs to be better rodent ( mice ) control. My sofa had been nibbled on and there was s dead mouse inside it.🙀 The insurance in took out covered my damages .
