Good morning. I'm taking the time to respond to your survey about the Bank Street, Waterbury, CT facility. Number one, the manager Danielle is MOST courteous and accommodating. She explained EVERYTHING completely and understandably to myself. Second, the facility is IMMACULATE. During the winter months, sand and salt is an issue. The FLOORS and Unit(s) are 'Hospital Clean'. I used that facility in the past and will continue to use it in the future. Hat's off to your local staff & the PROFESSIONAL way that they represent themselves & the Company.

There was one time where the automatic payment setup was somehow stopped but I emailed the manager, and it was a quick and easy fix.
