Rented a van when I got to the van app ask before taking the van to check if van was dirty it was i took pictures uploaded it them to the app showing the van was dirty. When I returned the van the app tried to charge me $25 for the pictures I posted showing van was dirty before I got in..looks as if the company is hungry for money and scamming customers to pay for things they didn't doAndres R.

I've used uhaul located on bank street on several different occasions, and I must say. The young lady behind the counter is the best. She is always courteous, efficient, and professional, and greets the customer with that precious smile that warms the heart. She is A-1 in my opinion.JAMES H.
Truck had steering issues was all over the road what made matters worst was it started snowing and the truck was even worst. Shifting was poor and the check engine light came on as well. Was stressful driving the truck. Let the center know about it and they said they would check the truck out no discount or anythingLewis S.

I attempted to use contactless check-in but the app did not work so I had to go inside. The staff were not wearing masks. One woman had a mask but she took it off, and the other woman who helped me did not have a mask. Please wear masks--it's the right thing to do for the health of the community.william L.
