Erica, at the desk in Edison, NJ, was super!!! For the 9 foot van, the safety divider is great. But because it decreases visibility, please consider having larger rear view mirror. Merci.

I can also say, from experience in having work done and rentals made - by at least two other locations, that this particular location is the most accommodating and professional in all ways. They answer their phone and get back to you in a timely manner - it makes a difference!!! I had called into three other locations that still left me hanging relative to answering questions and in trying to make an install appointment. Ken.

Edward KI was charged more than expected.. i Drove the vehicle for 14 miles and the total should be 19,95 (Uhaul rent) + 13,86 (Miles) + $1 for environmental + Taxes as per new jersey (2,3) and the total should be 37,11 or so however I was charged $42. I refueled the vehicle too.. don't know why i was charged extra.

FELIX MIn my U-Haul experience, I reserved a 20' truck online with the guarantee of availability or a $50 reimbursement. When I arrived, they didn't have the promised truck and upgraded me to a 26' one, despite the price parity. Despite explaining my parking constraints, the representative, Lenora, bluntly insisted I either accept the larger truck or leave without compensation. I settled for a smaller 15' truck, which proved inadequate for my move, leaving me to rely on my personal vehicle.
