Truck was not clean inside and out. Woman associate was rude to non english speaking customer making fun of her. Customer service and professionalism was not good. Associate act like they did not want to be there.

Very poor customer etiquette. Employees where on their personal phones and wouldn't acknowledge the customers. When approached I was told in a very nasty to wait in line. After the review of my truck return I was charged $10.25 for fuel even though everything was perfect and he verified everything with me.

I personally went to office to rent a 20' truck for 1/25 however, I had to change the date to 1/26, I made the change online. When I arrived on 1/26 they did not have the 20' truck. I had no choice but to rent a 17' which was not big enough for all my furniture. I couldn't make two trips, I was under a time constraint. I had to rent another truck, from another company in order to finish my move.

There was a spare tire in the cargo area with a nail in it that should have been fixed. I hadn't noticed it until we unloaded our cargo. The low tire pressure light was on but I had checked all tires for below average inflation and saw nothing to alarm me. The low pressure light made sense after I saw the nail in the spare. I left a note at the drop off location in Kennett Square Pennsylvania

Originaly reserved unit from other store. Unit came back damaged so I could not rent it when I arrived. Should have been notified but received none. Arrived at original store and was able to find unit available. Situations like this should allow discounted charge to customers . Associates at both stores professional and friendly but were unable to provide discount for customer inconvenience. Corporate office should create policy to assist associates in field to a dress customer discrepancies in service.

My problem is that I put a few dollars gas in the truck and the charged me saying I used more than that but I only drove ten miles and had the darn thing for a few hours. There is no way I used all that gas. I have rented like 20+ uhauls in the last 18 months too. So think highly disappoints me

customer service, unprofessional skills,Am coming in to return truck so i got to the front desk witch is what a costumer normally do and this is what i get from a guy that looks like a jail bird full of tattoos,, he tells me ,is someone outside,,,am thinking what is he talking about,,,,i don't work here,,,don't know what he is asking me with a very strong forward voice like and stupid or something else,,,so please pay attention to your employed because in todays world his going to find himself in a situation that he don't want.

Very disorganized. I was checking in and I was given keys to one vehicle but the text link with pictures was for a different vehicle. I never received a new text for the new vehicle. The vehicle was reported to have over 1/2 tank but upon entering it was below. Took over an hour from me talking to someone at the desk to me leaving with the vehicle. Very disappointed in that this site had high ratings.

We experienced a problem with the mileage listed initially in the computer, it listed 50,000 (50 thousand) fewer miles than what the truck actually had. We reported this before leaving, and the attendant took a photo of the actual mileage to document this before we left the lot. When we returned the truck, we were then told that a new contract should have been printed with the correct mileage before we left. There may have been a problem with changing the mileage on the computer though, which is why the attendant told us we could go. Everyone was helpful and polite, the problem seems to have been some kind of computer issue that couldn't be resolved before we left with the truck.

Have your female staff that was on duty at 9am at 5744 Woodland Ave properly trained as we could not get our rental done there and I had to call around and then go to the the last location to get the item this caused me and my wife to run late this is unexceptionable for any customer

Sometimes you have no option so that’s why I recommend the location as I finally got the equipment. The hardware to charge me was broken. It took multiple tries to add insurance to the rental. Actually a second transaction was required to add insurance coverage. The whole thing was very slow despite the employee best efforts to help. He had to call his manager multiple times. He had to enter my credit card number by hand multiple times.

I have always had good experiences with this location & u haul as a whole! I have issue with billing corporation wise as to return of unused monies! U blame on the bank but refunds as not done timely! 3-5 days is nonsense! Show me transaction code for refund,bank has not received monies yet. I want interest on my money you are holding!

Rodents were living in my unit along with all my possessions. I had to throw a lot of things away because of it. The unit was extremely small for the price as well. The bathrooms were atrocious.
