Customer service there was not good at all. Some of the employees were ok, but not personable at all. Just very uninterested to say the least. A woman that was out side working, had such a terrible attitude, like she did not want to be at her workplace. She would not come over to us to give clear directions of what she wanted, but got nasty with me because I did not understand her directions, I was in the truck and she was about 20-40 feet from me. Yeah so I will not be recommending this location to any of peoples.ANTONIO R.

The vehicle was not maintained properly it did not accelerate and switching gears was late. The vehicle would not have transported my load, I return the vehicle within an hour hoping for a refundANTHONY L.
No issuees with this location at all. Employee was great to deal with. My issue is with Uhaul overall. I scheduled a truck pickup two weeks ago at a location not very far from me to pick up a 26 foot truck at 9.30am. My appointment was confirmed via email. About 30 minutes before my truxk pickup I receive an email for COVID precautions and noticey time to pickup is at 12.30pm, hours after my origional time. I called to figure out what was going on. After 25 minutes of waiting in the que they said were sorry your 26 foot truck is not available. We only have a 15 foot truck for you. To say I was mad is an understatement. I had 10 people at my house helpung me move a large storage unit in addition to a 3 bedroom townhome. I told the rep a 15 footer wasnt going to cut it and this is rediculus that I had a confirmed registration for two weeks atmy 9.30am start time and a 26 foot truck as well as 10 people helping me move aome coming from 2 hours away! The rep said were sorry someone should have contacted you earlier this morning. I was fuming. I was finally able to get a 20 foot truck at a far away location costing me more gas and more importantly much more time to get to and back just to pick up the truck. To top it off I received the truck on empty! Im glad I will not be moving for a long time because moving is already stressful and uhaul added so much more stress to my moving day. The rep said we can gkve you a $50 credit, i told her she needs to do more then that! She said she couldnt. I wont be using uhaul ever again!HARRY S.

Trip from Philadelphia to Maryland: Have the representative of this location know the Uhaul guidelines. The representative in Philadelphia (where I picked up my truck rental) stated that I had the Uhaul truck rental for two days but if I turn it in early (the day before) I would get some money back. However when I returned the truck rental to the Maryland Uhaul location, the representative manager stated it was not true. I rushed to turn in the Uhaul early for nothing. The representative gave me the customer service number to call and the customer service rep on the phone was rude and mean. When I explained my situation she (basically, passed the buck and didn't want to resolve the matter). I was very disappointed in Uhaul, especially because I use them often. Lesson learned.DESIREE N.

Arrived 30 minutes before closing to rent a tow dolly. The associate asked me â€œwhat do you need?â€ And I said a tow dolly, associate asked â€œdo you have a reservation?â€ And I said no. Associate immediately had an attitude I guess because it was almost time to close. Another associate came in and he told the other associate â€œthey want a dollyâ€ with a pissed off sound when saying it. Other guy took care of me but was really chilled and took his time and asked question like â€œwhat car?â€ And I asked back, what car are we towing or what car are we using to tow with? He said towing with... after reservation was made the guys was like go to the back and someone will hook it up. Went to the back waited about 5 mins and didn't see anyone coming to me or around me. I asked one guy that was cleaning the trucks (which is the same guy when I first came in) and he got pissed of because I asked who could of hook the dolly to the truck.WALTER V.

Tell the customer service representative not to be on their cell phone while waiting on a customer. I had to interrupt their conversation to ask a question. Maybe I'm old school, when I worked it was no cellphone. Your company is not the only one that have this problem.CHARLES W.
