My problem is that I put a few dollars gas in the truck and the charged me saying I used more than that but I only drove ten miles and had the darn thing for a few hours. There is no way I used all that gas. I have rented like 20+ uhauls in the last 18 months too. So think highly disappoints me

customer service, unprofessional skills,Am coming in to return truck so i got to the front desk witch is what a costumer normally do and this is what i get from a guy that looks like a jail bird full of tattoos,, he tells me ,is someone outside,,,am thinking what is he talking about,,,,i don't work here,,,don't know what he is asking me with a very strong forward voice like and stupid or something else,,,so please pay attention to your employed because in todays world his going to find himself in a situation that he don't want.

I think your product has become better over the last 10 years. I like the check in&out on the phone process for after hours. It works well and backs up the process with pics. That is reassuring.

Very disorganized. I was checking in and I was given keys to one vehicle but the text link with pictures was for a different vehicle. I never received a new text for the new vehicle. The vehicle was reported to have over 1/2 tank but upon entering it was below. Took over an hour from me talking to someone at the desk to me leaving with the vehicle. Very disappointed in that this site had high ratings.

We experienced a problem with the mileage listed initially in the computer, it listed 50,000 (50 thousand) fewer miles than what the truck actually had. We reported this before leaving, and the attendant took a photo of the actual mileage to document this before we left the lot. When we returned the truck, we were then told that a new contract should have been printed with the correct mileage before we left. There may have been a problem with changing the mileage on the computer though, which is why the attendant told us we could go. Everyone was helpful and polite, the problem seems to have been some kind of computer issue that couldn't be resolved before we left with the truck.

Have your female staff that was on duty at 9am at 5744 Woodland Ave properly trained as we could not get our rental done there and I had to call around and then go to the the last location to get the item this caused me and my wife to run late this is unexceptionable for any customer

I had a van for 24hrs , I'm charged for a passenger broken mirror housing ($150) . I didn't damage it. The employee says it's my fault for lack of inspection during check out. not fair paying for others
