I attempted to return a truck on the same day of rental and arrived and few minutes before 7pm. Staff members were outside and the building was locked and they waved me around to the after hours return. I was not prepared to do the online check in and was charged the 20,00 $. Hoping that you could remove that fee as I was there before 7pm on 9/11. Please contact me.Jason B.
I came to pick up a trailer and when connected to my vehicle the lights on the trailer weren't working. Your staff incorrectly assumed that my vehicle was faulty but in fact it was the issue with the electrical system with the trailer. I had to drive back home and spend time testing/troubleshooting something that was in fact working. Your staff needs to be better trained on identifying issues with your rental equipment. But it's not all, I rented a replacement trailer for 1 day and was charged for 2 days. Now I have to spend time and deal with your staff to resolve this. Overall, I had a very poor experience at this rental location this time.Dmitry R.

The email notification sent me to a different location for pick up initially which was much farther. This place was a tiny hole in the wall neighborhood Uhaul dealer which didn't have any inventory and no one answered their phones all day. I also called the dispatching office which sent me to this same incorrect location. Once I was redirected (by the same dispatching number), I found the correct location which was good. But this was a wild goose chase that I didn't need to have during rush hour which was the only time I was told I could pick up.Johanna F.

The estimate of the amount of gas in the tank (5/16) seemed as though it must have been high, based on the amount of gas that it took to filI the tank right after I left the U-Haul location. So recommended improvement: more accurate estimate of gas in tank so that customers are not overcharged for fuel.Stephen C.

Since I returned the truck with quite a few gallons MORE gas than when I picked it up, I thought it was pretty small of you to charge me over 10 $extra for 26 miles over the estimate on the order. In any case, those "extra" miles were required to pick up and return the equipment. Other than that, the rental was a good experience, and I WILL do it again.Michael G.

The basic transaction of renting was great, but I have asked a number of times, with different people in multiple locations, if a u-haul cargo van is considered a â€œcommercial vehicleâ€ since many roads in NY and CT have signs that say, â€œNo Commercial Vehiclesâ€. No one seems to able to answer this question, which is a reflection on staff training (or lack of). IMO, someone at a u-haul store should know the answer.JOSEPH A.

I made three confirmed reservation,s, the first and second location did not have what reserved , I had to go to a third location , a 30 min drive to get what I needsohail A.
There was one woman who was working the day I picked up my vehicle who was rude and very unfriendly and made the pickup experience kind of unpleasant. Other than that, everything was great!Jewell R.
I had an unfortunate problem with my original reservation #20261214. When I go to the location it was supposed to be at, the truck was not there. I was told the truck was in Philadelphia? When I reserved the truck it was supposed to be at the location I reserved to be picked up at. The guy on site at the dealership did get me connected with another location, but I was only able to get a 10' truck and not the original 26' truck I wanted Very disappointed as I had people waiting on. me to help me move and had to make several trips which incurred more mileage.NEIL K.

Jason Doyle went above and beyond to meet all needs and standards that I could imagine. I will always come back here even tho it is 20 miles away from where I reside because I know I won't have any issues with them! After being turned away from another U-Haul in Philadelphia because they did not have a van that I already reserved so I quickly called Jason's U-Haul and was without a doubt grateful and because of him I don't think all U-Hauls are bad because he definitely went well passed what he had to to help me. Thank you Jason for everything! And to be honest customer service isn't what it used to be so it's good to know there's still decent people who take pride in their jobs still out there!CORRINE F.

Absolutely terrible electrical wiring work. A technician ran a 12-volt wire through the suspension parts, as a result, car's battery died after the wire was damaged and touched the car's body.Dimitri L.

Initial reservation location was for Bensalem PA ,pick up time was for Sunday July 18th 10am. Upon being ready to head to Bensalem pick up location, i was called 15 MINUTES BEFORE MY PICK UP TIME and told I now had to go to the Feasterville location because the trailer I reserved Friday July 16th was now suddenly not available. Okay go there had to wait a good amount of time before being helped, there was only one worker working. The trailer itself wasn't exactly the best in appearance. Upon dropping off at same Festerville location 10 minutes before drop off time mind you , I then was sent and charged for 2 receipts. First charge 46,39$ for one day trailer rental with safe tow package. Then another receipt all the same reservation numbers as first with a already charged amount for 434,21$ for trailer drop off at a Colmar PA UHAUL location! Am now told there as a mistake and am being refunded. UHAUL never called me the following day by 6pm after the initial reservation to confirm as it was stated. Also my fiancÃ© was the one to pick up since changing of location last minute as well as dropped off, upon getting the second charge of 434,21$ I had him call since he dropped off and was told that someone would be calling me back about the charge. I never even was called, they called him back to tell him it would be refunded even though I made the reservation and it was my card that was charged! Would not refer anyone to location due to their mistake with my money!Ashley O.

They were very rude when I first tried to book my uhaul. Online there was an issue I tried to order the uhaul. I needed this for 2-3 days and my confirmation said it was available for the time I needed. When I got my email it said that I only had it for 4 hours. I called the place that had the uhaul and was given attitude telling me it must be my fault because I had to have picked the 4 hours and not the 2-3 daysKathleen C.
