I'm not sure if this falls under this location but I would really appreciate it U-Haul wouldn't sit there and change my pickup location last minute. I reserved for a truck to be at this location at 6am on the day I moved and late the day before they decided to change not only the location but the time I was supposed to pick the truck up. They decided to put my new pickup location about a half hour away from my previous location and decided to change the time to 12:30pm and we're going to try and give me a bigger truck then needed which would have cost more. That would have really messed up plans. I had to call late the night before and ask for them to change where I still had to drive out 20 minutes and got my truck later then expected and because they didn't have the size truck I wanted I had to settle for a smaller truck which made it inconvenient because I had to make multiple trips where before I would have only had to make one. I think U-Haul needs to address this issue because there is no reason when I put a order in almost a month in advance they had to sit there and change things. If you're going to do that then they need to take their saying of â€œMake moving easierâ€ away because it honestly made the day so much more stressful then it needed to be.JOHN S.

I've never used this location before. I'll never again. The experience wasn't good. The gas mileage was incorrect. I took pictures in the beginning and ending when I returned. What's more, I received a call from Uhaul, as well as an email asking me â€œWhen are you returning the rental?â€ This is a horrible experience to ensure. I had only rented the Uhaul van for all of two hours. I put more gas in it than was required before returning as well. To receive a call stating I hadn't returned it was too much to handle. No one would answer the my call at the location, so I ended up with an overflow Representative. She stated someone would call me. They didn't. So I got in my car abs drive there. When I arrived, they stated they indeed did â€œhave the vehicleâ€ back and hadn't checked it in YET two days later. They said their systems were down. This is Unacceptable!! To make my nerves a wreck receiving a phone call why I â€œhadn't returned the vehicleâ€ is a direct result of poor management and lack of communication with corporate. I'm more than upset. Add to this, I'm on hold for 40 minutes waiting to speak to someone to file a complaint. This, too, is unacceptable and unbelievable! I hope to God I never have another need for renting a Uhaul. This is hopefully my last time. Y'all need to get your act together!Dawn B.

We had a hard checkin even though I had reserved and put all info in online. Employee came in not wearing a mask and stayed unmasked the whole time in the store. Same said employee came with keys. He was not same employee who checked us in. All in all our checkin took at least 20 mins. We should have been in and out. That was my experience at the North Rt 1 location.Joseph A.

Everything with the vehicle was fine but the service left a lot to be desired. We couldn't find anyone to assist is when we arrived so I had to call the location in hopes that someone would answer. Eventually someone came and he was pleasant enough. When we returned the vehicle, the same attendant was a bit less pleasant and it felt as though we were bothering him by asking for the total sum of my bill.Sharon D.
