I Had Multiple Items Destroyed By Mold Because The Storage Had A Water Leak. I Was Told U-Haul Can Not Help. I Would Not Recommend And I Definitely Will Never Use This Company Again.

Very professional staff. They made the whole process so easy for me. I would not hesitate to rent form this location again when needed. Dropping off was even easier and if not for the the eagle-eyed staff member and their thoughtfulness, my phone might have been lost. In my opinion this location has nothing to improve upon.

The storage experience was great but the moving experience was terrible. They were so late that I was forced to pay for an extra day for the truck. The staff noted the account that that charge should be waived, but they tried to charge me anyway. What level management do I need to contact to get that resolved?

Pick up the rental van everything was fine till I returned the van back. I forgot my earphone, and my phone holder (using for GPS ). I called the next day and as about the items, the staff claimed that they threw away all the my personal items out, which I highly doubt that. Those are value items. They coulda call me and let me know so I can come to pick it. but they took it.

By far my favorite storage facility ever. I got the big 30ftx15ft unit and with my construction business javing that 24 hour access is perfect. The assistant manager is awesome and hopefully the rest of he staff there are as well. 100 % recommend this uhaul if you need to store your stuff.

I made a reservation without any add-ons, and was called the day before saying they needed to change the location of my truck because it was out of service. This happened two times, and I found out after the fact that when they transferred to a different location, they added on 2 dollies and some kind of furniture padding that I did not have on my original order. I had my brother authorized to pick up, they told him about the add-ons, he said we didn't need them, the person at uHaul said 'well, it was on the order' and my brother didn't know any better. We ended up getting charged for these things when I didn't need them or even use them (I paid extra for movers who brought their own equipment). I talked to the person at uHaul about it at drop off, and he said he would talk to his manager about it. No one ended up doing anything to rectify the problem. Super disappointed I paid an extra 60 or 70 dollars for a mistake that wasn't mine.

The cargo van had a weird smell and some kind of liquid on the rubber. I was rushing to get to my client so didn't think much of it. Once I got to storage to pick up my items, I realized the smell was urine. I spent time cleaning the urine out because it was going to get on the red carpet needed for my client's event. The smell still lingered and I wiped up as much as I could. I tried calling but was placed on hold so long I hung up. Once I got to my venue, even my installation guys talked about the smell.

Excellent in response time from on site staff when asked of anything, wether a question on something they don't have an answer on the spot or something being added to my rental agreement, I've always got an answer to before I was done doing whatever it was I stopped in for . Thanks for that U-Haul, coming from another business owner good help is very hard to find so when you do make sure they know it from time to time

I had to wait to pick up the truck because they could not find the keys. When I returned the equipment I returned a hour past the drop off time. They charged me for an extra day although I told them I had to wait when picking up the truck. This is very disappointing.

I am uncomfortable with your locations taking photos of my DL on their phones. I made the reservation on my app and I thought that the info that I entered would be enough to not have any more than a visual verification to be needed for my DL. The staff was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and concerned about the outcome. Very good people.

The truck was suppose to be ready for pick up at 7 am and office opened at 7 am as stated on the website as well at the door posting. I arrived at 7 am and there was no truck nor was the office opened . I waited over 45 min before an agent showed up . Then had to wait outside in the cold until he felt ready to open the door . Poor customer service as well as not opening on time

Staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. One staff was smoking a cigarette next to us while we were trying to hook the trailer up ourselves. The engine on the truck we got paired with was obnoxiously loud. We couldn't even hear each other talking during the whole 13 hour drive. Not a good first U-Haul experience.

My unit was broken into two times. I was never notified by management. Approximately 3 thousand dollars worth of household items were taken from unit. Management sid I would not be charged last months rent to give me time to get what possessions were left moved out to another location. That also never happened! I was a customer for 8 years but I will never use u-haul again!

Best service I've ever had anywhere! Was super accommodating and helped us out when we were down on our luck and had a bad pickup experience. Saved me over $200 dollars in fees and super friendly the entire time. 10/10 would rent again!

Pick up time was 9am. Took almost an hour to pick up because staff did not show up to work on time. I only had 6 hours to use the truck and that cut into my time significantly.

I can honestly say I've never had a storage need met with the professionalism that was given to me by your staff. Although it was short term I plan to be back sometime after the first of the year. I have already recommended your specific facility to 3 families. Merry Christmas to all.

The female employee who assisted me was professional and nice. However. She wasn't knowledgeable in her job. We hooked up to the trailer I was renting and we were getting no power to from my truck to run the trailer lights. Had she known the truck needs to running ( Toyota). Could have saved me 50 miles and 5 hours of my time that day trying to figure out why the truck was not putting out power. You could devote a little time with some common troubleshooting to fix some problems. None of that staff offered nothing. Some of us have never rented or pulled a trailer's before.

This storage is definitely is located in a good area with lots of large and small units available.I've been a customer at this location for several years and one incident occurred which was taken care of and I love the outcome of it.

Horrible and rude management. My unit was broken into in May. I work out of the country and the likelihood that I received notification was slim to none. When I finally returned to the states and attempted to access my unit to my surprise the locks were changed. When I went to the office to clarify the situation, the female manager, was unreasonably rude. Even discouraged me from calling the police to make a police report at the inconvenience of her clock out time at 5pm. She stated, "non emergency calls can take hours". Thankfully they arrived an hour later. She would not open the lock because she stated, "There has to be paperwork filled out before I can open the lock and we close at 5. I would have to make an appointment". I had arrived at 3pm. Needless to say, the next day when she was not available I was able to resolve the matter. Remove all belongings and close my account. She ruined my experience in ever using UHAUL again and will never recommend it. The lack of professionalism and accountability is beyond my understanding as how someone can be hired at the rank of management with her attitude. I hope this matter is resolved, not for my sake but for future customers.

The truck I rented was in poor shape. The front end shook badly when traveling over 55MPH. It needs to be serviced.

This is my Second (2nd) Stint having Twenty Four (24) Hours Access with the Fuqua U-Haul location. Both management teams were Very Good to and Fair to ALL PATRONS!!!! And, the current staff has now taken this level of Good Management practices to a whole other level. They are even more out going to pleasing their patrons needs on a case by case basis. I truly appreciated both Christian's and Jeremy's Styles of Managing their facility. They truly have us, the customers the fair service that we needed in a timely manner. Additionally, them and their staff is very hard working. In conclusion, I would strongly recommend that a family patronize this location; and, of course, if I return to the state and this area, I would definitely use this location again, primarily because of the staff service style and helpful practices. Again, I would like to Thank Each of Them for their SERVICES‼️!!!‼️

Ordered utility dolly and was reassured that it was on the truck but once I got to my location it wasn't there so I had to buy one to use because coming back would have added additional miles.

A little miscommunication when it came to the truck however the storage itself worked out great. Air conditioning is solid as well. Hours of operation make it a slight task, but the area is quiet and no one messes with your stuff.

Great experience. Terrific staff, very helpful and TEAM work witnessed in flow of procedures. Would be shocked to see or hear a negative word now or in the future. It seemed as if we were inconveniencing the workers when the unit doors needed to be unlocked each time going and we went approximately 3x during the storage. The insects were horrible inside the unit. We literally had to place a bum inside the garage of the house before placing it inside. Which there was no issue within critters prior to placing furniture in the storage unit.

Trisha checked me out and while doing so I told her need to rent a utility dolly so she told me it was one inside the van. When I got to the storage unit to load I discovered inside the van an appliance dolly. That's the wrong tool for the job and luckily the office had a dolly I could use for moving boxes. I told her I couldn't use the dolly and she still charged me for it's rental. I've used Uhaul a lot this month but in the future I'll do business with another company.

The manager Christian is extremely disrespectful and rude I was locked out of my storage on 2 occasions due to Christian refusing to open the storage door during office hours I was charged a month after I moved out of this storage unit and was still spoken to rudely by management by saying “I should have started moving earlier he has things to do and was closing before time” I don’t recommend anyone to this storage/uhaul facility

I had issues with my account info. As a Christmas gift I got Covid. The manager was very understanding with my homelessness and medical condition he and his staff and the contact person that called me where great. That facility and the manager went above and beyond. OMG. David listened to me through all my crying and was still able to understand how serious my situation was. He came up with the best solution for me and my son who just had heart transplant. and he helped me have a plan for the next week or two so I can return home ASAP. One thing is you paid on the first due of the month, and you would not get money back after move out of the storage unit early. That suck!

Grounds are kept clean and well maintained for the most part. In my unit there had been water damage to my furniture due to a leak from the ceiling. As a result the installation was hanging down. The leaked caused water stains on some of my items. Also, I was not notified that the electronic access system failed and therefore all passcodes were deactivated. Luckily the office was opened the day I tried to gain access. Overall, all things considered, I would still recommend them to others.
