This was the worst experience I've had with Uhaul and I normally have good experiences but Uhaul really dropped the ball this time. Overcharging me for an extra dolly I didn't ask for because I did request an appliance dolly and you put 2 in the truck. Also you sent me to the Fuqua 7 miles out of my way when Red Bluff was right around the corner and the place I requested. I could go on but I won't.Suezann G.

I was given the wrong transport equipment. There was no appropriate space to load up the vehicle. We lost 5 hours trying to load up a vehicle on our own, only to find out 5 hours later it was not the correct transporter for the vehicle we had. I'll only use UHaul in the future if I absolutely have to. The communication between the corporate and field offices is one of the worst I've ever experienced.George H.
