Annie and her staff went above and beyond to meet all our needs while we used her facility. A couple of billing glitches but they were rectified in quick fashion, which demonstrates excellent customer service. Would rent their again without hesitation.

I am just an ordinary consumer and didn't know you had all that stuff! Priced right and much more convenient than shopping a “big box†store! GET TO WORK AND PROMOTE THE RETAIL STORE! It's a winner!
David U.Didnt have the truck pulled up for us which wasnt a big deal but they always had b4 but they wanted to make sure we pulled back up for them. Some kind of smell in the truck which the lady at uhaul had stayed. Dead mouse smell maybe they should find out where thats coming from. Overall it was an average experience this time around

Steve H. | Premières impressionsNothing I could say as far as improvements to the vehicle that I rented. However, I would continue to pound the point home, regarding my previous rentals. Cruise Control. Your cargo van had it, but as I was just in town, I didn't need it. But, I think your bigger one way trip trucks should have this standard and I know a lot of them do not. Love Uhaul, always a good experience, always will recommend.

FLOYD L.I reserved a U haul truck in July for pickup in Peoria on July 31. When I got notification the nite before that there were NO trucks available there it threw me into a scramble. I was able to get through on the phone, and the Springfield Illinois office was able to secure a truck for me, but we had to drive an hour west to Galsburg, IL to pick up the truck. Everything ended ok, hade to drive an extra 100 miles, but I cannot say enough good things about Annie and Andy at the Galsburg office. They were AWESOME! Annie went above and beyond making sure that we were taken care of. Excellent customer service. What a clean facility and equipment was nice.

U-Haul took 30 dollars off of my purchase and added extra miles, but it ended up adding another 2 hours to my day. The Personnel at U-Haul is Galesburg were very helpful, though.

U-Haul is lucky to have a location staffed and ran like Carl Sandburg Galesburg location.

STEPHEN W.This location was great! However, the reservation process SUCKS!!! I made a trailer reservation in April for Peoria IL pick up. I called the day before to confirm my reservation. The next day when I went to pick up my rental, it was not available. I than had to drive 45 miles in the opposite direction to pick of a trailer to complete my move. This took me 2 hours out of my direction.

Only thing that would make this place better is having a way for loading/unloading for pull out forward because it made it a little difficult when you pull up not knowing someone is in there and they can only get out by backing up which made us go around the store then park somewhere off to the side til they was done.
