I have nothing but praise for this location and Uhaul in general. Clearly customer service is a key initiative of your company and I suspect the reason why 95% of rental trucks and trailers we saw on our 1900 mile move were Uhaul vehicles.

I had to change my reservation twice because of “limited availability†listing on 2 locations on the website when in reality the locations did not have the equipment that I wanted (15 ft truck). Picking up in Galesburg was inconvenient because of the extra mileage needed to return the truck. The overall price for the trip was too high, especially when someone is going through moving which is already expensive enough.

At the drop off location, they had the parking lot marked off to show where to drop off the equipment. Two staff came out and it only took a few minutes to inspect the truck and let me know I could leave without any additional charges. This was very much appreciated by me.
