It seems like every time I go there in the morning (before 8am) to pick up a moving truck that there is only one person on duty and there's always that person in front of me who has a long, drawn out transaction. And I'm standing there waiting for my reserved truck... When I take the truck back in the afternoon, there's usually no less than 3 people on duty and they're usually looking for something to do.Harold R.

I am a single person and just only have mattress and couch for the heavy furniture. I don't have that much stuff to use trolly but they charged $60 for damage. I don't know how it's gonna get damaged. Everything was great except that part.AUNG M.

Didn't have the vehicle I reserved and the pickup smelled like cigarettesSamantha K.
Upon return I noticed that the store was short staffed and that the manager was manning the front counter while the young man who rented me the unit was by himself also. He was processing about 10-15 returns by himself. The returns were backed up in the main street, Speedway Ave causing a traffic jam. The return clerk was fantastic and was actually running to each unit to solve the situation. I commend both of them for a job well done! Larry ReedLarry R.

The Uhual attendant was horrible in the beginning when we rented the truck. He was rude no interaction. He had no joy i. Eing there or working there. Then when we dropped the rental we had the misfortune of him ( Ozman Garcia) checking the vehicle. He was rude and cocky. The way he talks to customers is simply inexcusable. It was almost impossible to even get a truck with a reservation... we got sent to 4 different locations all on total opposite sides of town... and then after finally getting the truck we were over charged a ton of money for 2 days.. and now days after the trucks been returned ON TIME... The 15' box truck we rented had over 4" of play in the steering wheel. OK for city driving but I would have never taken on a longer trip and also needed an alignment. Had to wait over 30 minutes to get checked out when picking up.Michael P.

Customer service was poor when I dropped off truck. Line was long so I waited nearly 30 minutes to reach the counter. Employee tried to help two people who came in after me first. I asked him shouldn't he help me first and he told me to not try and do his job. Worst experience at this location in the past 2 years.Shani R.
Christian and his staff were extremely helpful, professional and efficient. As we drove away from the Uhaul store we noticed that the 5 X 7 trailer needed new tires. Christian's staff immediately called Uhaul Roadside Assistance, who came and replaced the tires with brand new ones. We had to delay our trip because we waited for several hours for the service vehicle to arrive. However, in the end everything worked out and we made it to our destination, over 800 miles away, safely.Ann B.
POSITIVE: The equipment worked fine. NEGATIVES: The equipment was NOT swept clean. U-Haul moved my pick-up and return location 12 miles away from my original reservation location with no notification of any sort. We were ignored when returning the trailer, so we just unhooked it and drove away. Overall, the equipment worked well; the humans involved were terrible.George C.

this was the third location on my reservation goose chase for a trailer. the system didn't keep up with equipment not turned in location #1 then sent me to location #2 that sent me to location #3. The new style 8x5 was much better than the old roll up door. fiberglass allowed light inside to help pack 5 inches longer inside.George P.

I don't appreciate a filthy van that I had to spend 40 minutes cleaning. I also don't appreciate being forced to take a selfie at the last minute for "facial recognition" with no info as to why, how my photo is being used, where saved, who has access, etc. Which is actually against privacy laws. If I recommend I'd say reserve at least 2 Days ahead or pay for an extra day if you are on a certain time frame. I arrived at 7 am, 1 person working, a line up for trucks and trailers and drop-offs. No paperwork was prepared. It took him an hour before I got waited on. I missed my scheduled 8 am pick-up time for an auction. Was very late.Raymond S.

When I arrived the 26 foot truck I had reserved was not available. I ended up with a 20 foot truck and a 10 foot trailer and on a long haul it was difficult to maneuver with the trailer I had to wait two hours to get the substitute truck and trailer shop in wired for lights. Disappointed the truck we reserved several weeks in advance was given away; ended up with a truck that was low on gas, thus had to fill before we loaded the truck so we had enough to get to our destination. Also really liked the mobile pick up feature before and would have been helpful to know that we would have to go in to obtain the keys. We weren't able to drive away with the truck until 30 min after we arrived due to the number of other people there all lined up to pick up trucks at the same time (with no change to the return time.). These should be staggered more or have the trucks ready for pick up . The guys running to the truck to bring it over we're hustling so kudos to them but we still lost half an hour.FRANK U.

The cab of the truck had a pungent smell of cigarette smoke throughout & from the ventilation system. The exterior was very dirty. The associate did not tell me that we didn't need to come inside upon return. Great price & wonderful service. Thanks!!!Max J.

The property was not available for us the day we rented it. The code we were given did not work and because it was after hours we needed to go in the following day and get inside. The staff was great. The space was clean. I'm glad I chose to rent from this storage facility. My only issue is that it doesn't have an elevator for 2nd floor access. Keep that in mind when your thinking about the items your storing. In this businesses defense, that isn't listed on the website.
