The gas meter was not read correctly prior to giving us the vehicle. I showed them a picture of the meter before rental and they mentioned that we had to upload it online. We were not informed of this before and were only told to take pictures. The lady mentioned that she could correct it, but it would be too much work. We were forced to pay an additional 10,00 $ for gas we did not use. It's not much, but we didn't think we'd be scammed at a "reputable" location...

I am a female and was told me unhook a auto transport by my self because I arrived to the location at 5:01 pm. I had to also return the hitch the guy working advise me to unhook the auto transport at the Bank of America and then come back to the store to return the hitch . I came back to the store after struggling to unhook the auto transport and I see the guy in his car waving me goodbye. I was so disappointed. And I got charged extra because I wasn't aware I had to check out online. I returned to the store on Tuesday to return the hitch because I was not going to get charged AGAIN and I advised a lady working she was very nice, she told me she was going to give the manger my information to give me a call, today is Thursday and I still have not received a call

The reason we rent U-Haul‘s is to pick up valuable donations that I received from the community to help the families that we serve at the migrant farm worker's camp. We were very disappointed in the service we received and picked up our U-Haul yesterday including it being dirty and the handtruck out of its place. Upon our return the employee was very apologetic but did not offer in anyway they discount or compensation for troubles.
