You guys have to redo the 24 hour return process. It was the most convoluted and time consuming process I've ever encountered. It has bee a step back from before. Please make it easier to return your vehicles. Last night I returned and my phone was about to die. I didn't know the return procedure was going to involve my cell phone. My battery was about to die. Just change it back to the way it was before. I don't usually write any reviews but the experience angered me so much I just had to let you know.

Customer representative Sandra Torres on Sunday 11 of Nov, kept me on a hold for 24 minutes without returning to the call. I arrived at location yo return truck and stated do you know you still have me on hold. She looks over to the phone and states she had a long line. I was outside for ten minutes getting things from the truck and there was no person but a child in the store. There are many people needing a job, how about you employ people that want and need a job vs. People that dont appreciate that they have a job. Customer service tools needed to retrain the person. Thank you!

I have rented trailers and trucks from this location sporadically over the past 15 or more years. I feel it necessary to bring to UHaul's attention several things which could be fixed to make the process of picking up and returning equipment better. First, I reserve on line and go through the menu to give all the information necessary to identify what equipment I need and provide my credit card information for payment to reserve the equipment. The cross selling of services not needed is frustrating to have to identify and decline over multiple screens while worrying about possibly losing the data already given. Secondly, when I arrive to pick up the rental, I have to submit the information again. I AM VERY CONCERNED ABOUT PROVIDING MY DRIVER'S LICENSE TO COUNTER STAFF USING A PRIVATE CELL PHONE TO PHOTOGRAPH AND SCAN/RECORD THE DATA ON BOTH SIDES OF MY DL. FIND SOME OTHER WAY. CONFIRMING THE PHOTOGRAPH AND WRITING DOWN THE LICENSE NUMBER SHOULD BE SUFFICIENT. and Third: This location directs returning equipment to be delivered through a barricaded channel in front of the front doors of the business. The lane is narrow and short, leaving very little room to adjust position entering the return lane. This trip, I returned a 5'x9' single axle trailer. I pulled into the lane, however the entry was tight due to parked inventory on the left. Once inside the lane, there was a box truck stopped in the lane ahead of me. The person checking returning equipment told me to back out and drive around to take the trailer to the storage yard. There was no way to back the trailer out as the space was too narrow (width) to allow for turning the front wheels enough to straighten the trailer out and then right. There was an opening between barricades to my left, however there was a van parked parallel to the opening. I asked the attendant to move it so I could turn left and pull the trailer through instead. He seemed very put out by the request and only after a verbal exchange concerning convenience did he do so. It led to an unneeded unpleasant end to the transaction. Several things could be done to change the situation: People renting trailers should be advised to return trailers back to the area where they were hooked up originally, or given printed instructions with the contract packet; The signage directing the return of equipment can be modified to state the return lane is only for motorized equipment; The return lane is begging for damaged equipment by being too narrow. Widen the lane by moving or removing the barricade on the outward side. This location packs a lot of inventory on every foot of property. If the equipment is not rented, there is minimal room to move around it.

Had to wait an hour and a half to pick up because the "computer was down". When I returned the truck, mind you I only used it for 21 miles, they said we didn't put enough gas in it!! We put gas in, next time will take a picture of EXACTLY where the gas needle is. Also upon returning, again they were having computer issues. I will not use this location again. The lady (didn't get her name in the morning was very nice and kept apologizing, but the rest of the crew didn't seem to care.

I had an issue today when I rented a truck from Uhaul. The equipment was dirty, both inside the cab and inside the back . There were blankets all over the truck, the dolly was just laying there. There was a box with some paper on the top, a jar of coconut oil and lastly the most disgusting was a black carpet that had a really bad odor (cat urine). I was so shock, I contact the pick up location immediately and the gentleman advised me to let my drop off location know about the issue. My husband and I felt so sick to our stomach even after we dropped off the truck,to add to that, I have really bad eczema and my face started to itch and I notice rashes all over it about 5 mins after opening the truck
