The Uboxes need to be sealed better so they don't leak. Having had retail store management and ownership for over 40 years I can safely say the manager at the Huber Heights , Ohio location (who shall remain nameless) needs a course in customer relations. Where as John C, the traffic manager at the Ft Myers location, was the best UHaul person I've ever worked with as was the lady forklift driver who delivered and picked up my UBoxes. The national customer service personnel were also excellent, although limited on what they can do, and I talked to them many times. The only real problem is it averaged 35 minute+ wait times to get to the customer service people, and it didn't seem to matter what time of day I called. Also, make sure you know your 2000 lb. weight limit per Ubox does not include the weight of the UBox itself. Overall the UBox move worked ok but involved a lot of telephone calls.

Mobile check-in was a headache. I received good customer service from the staff at this location but would not recommend anyone try doing business with U-Haul through the mobile site.

I should have received a refund for the unused that was paid in advance. Surely it's not going to break your company that would be good customer service the fair thing to do. Seeing that I broke my arm and I've been off work and could really use the extra money.

Send roadside assistance faster. I had only rented the uhaul for maybe 3 hours and for 2 hours I sat and waited to be jumped. Then I returned the truck and the alarm at the store went off and I had to wait for police to arrive so they knew it wasn't my fault. Just all around a poor experience this time around. I've used uhaul hundreds of times over the years and this is the first real bad experience.

I came in the weekend before to get my truck and understand the reservation got switched however the employees and the manager were very rude to me. Lucky I came back. It was close to my destination is why. I am a nurse if I were that rude to my patients I am sure I would get a reprimand. This time was a little bit better because I had someone set up the reservation for me and keep an eye one it. I was not really wanting to return but they talked me into it and spoke to me the whole way. Thank you to the other dealer that helped me. The manager and employees need to be nicer about how they answer their customers instead of nasty.

When I returned the truck after getting the gas Guage exactly between full and 3 quarters where it was when I picked it up. I was told I was charged 7 for gas. When I complained I was told I was wrong you owe it end of discussion . At that point I lost it and said a few choices words. Then your employee got in my face and told me to get the fuck out.. I will Never use uhaul again..

I was recently just charged an extra 10 $after I was charged the price that I was given. I already filled the truck up with gas and the total was 95 $and some change. That was on Saturday when it took out. However yesterday was Tuesday and I was charged 10 $and some change now. I'm not very happy with being extra charged.

I couldn't clear out my storage unit in early 2020 because of COVID-19 and I had to cancel my flight to the USA. Now, with the COVID variant, in 2021, I still had to delay my flight to the USA. Unfortunately, the rates had increased a fair amount during this period so I was not too pleased. You might have thought about special cases, such as internationals, like myself, especially 60 plus in age, unable to travel to collect belongings, with difficulties getting vaccinated, during the world- wide pandemic. Other than this, the experience was good.

The lady working was very professional and friendly. I was there at 7:15 a.m. on a Saturday morning, she had the store open, lights on and trucks staged and heating up for customers that were coming to pick them up. I will definitely use this location in the future

Yes.I received a call from the mgr after we had the truck for about 5 days. I had to give her my card info again.I gave it to her, then she said I had the wrong truck??? The person that input the rental info did wrong.I am going to have to go to uhaul because I've received many charges on my my bank account.

My only complaint is I was not able to get confirmation a truck would be available when I reserved the equipment. That forced me to reserve a backup truck and trailer with Penske. Otherwise it was a good experience overall.

Truck was not in good condition though it looked clean it had ants that ended up in some of my belongings. The truck also had a vibration at highway speed that would be considered moderate and it also pulled to the right.

One of 3 employees was very rude. The location did not have the equipment I scheduled and provided no help in locating it elsewhere. I was then charged for the equipment they didn't have and had to make them do a manual refund on my card. The truck I rented had loose steering and one employee said that's just how it is. It's dangerous. That's what it is.

Explain to renter on their making a reservation, that they cannot pay part credit card and part cash, and if it's all cash an 60 $extra deposit is required … That will be refunded when unit is returned, but having to get extra cash delayed my rental time and took extra time in an already busy day..

I am very happy with the quality of my rental vehicle, the service provided and the price. Samantha and Rabbit always take care of me. Sorry but I am not going to recommend U-Haul to my friends because I don't want to take a chance that all the vans are rented on a day I need one..... ha ha ...just kidding... I have and always and will recommend U-Haul tp all my friends. Thanks

Charged me 18 dollars for gas when I got it at 3/4 tank I did gas it up with 15 dollars we did not go that many miles I was in a rush I feel I was overcharged for the gas it had the similar amount of gas in it upon return I won't use this location again I did not receive receipt until 2 days later as well

When I got my truck she told me and highlighted it that the gas was at 3/8 I took a picture because it didn't look right so when I returned the truck she asked me if I was going to put gas in it I said no ma'am and I proceeded to show her the picture I had and the time that I took the picture she okay that's fine and walked off then I check my account and they had took the money anyways I always use uhaul and have a storage unit but I think I'll be switching being dishonest is a NO for me

Was informed the manager is very difficult to work with, does not train her people well, and spends way to much time with her husband while she is on shift. From a customer's point of view, it would appear this location is having a lot of issues between management and the employees. These issues are rolling over to the customers who have to bare the brunt of the struggles within, especially when training is not prioritized.

I feel that I was over charged for a 5x8 trailer. 655,00 $ is outrageous for one way from Ohio to Florida. I used it for 3 days. Never again!

When they first opened up a storage facility in Huber Heights, I reserved a storage locker then, and have been impressed at how Samantha has run this facility!

I have never used a storage facility before. I can only compare and contrast to other facilities that I have seen by assisting friends and associates to move their belongings. I would say that this facility appears to be Average to Above Average. Time will tell the truth.

So we went in and just double checked to make sure everything was ready before we went to the unit. Plus i didn't know where it was so i needed directions since the online map was broken. Scott was really nice and very helpful. He showed us the demo unit to make sure i got the right one and even walked us to the unit and showed us how to get in and what to do after hours, which wasn't in the instructions online. He also made sure we had a lock because there wasn't one in the unit and he got us a swipe card and made sure it worked for us.
