The people were nice and the facility was fine. When I went to empty my unit, I was a little taken aback when I saw a large rat trap in our unit.
rhonda t | Overall ExperienceMy unit would not allow me to check out at the door swipe pad. Manager said he would report the problem and assured my individual unit was locked with the pad lock. He said he would call me when maintenance came to fix it so I could let them in my unit. It has been since 11/8/24 since then. Waiting on his call.
