Joseph Z.Ok so this was not my choice pick up location. I was sent here after the trailer I reserved disappeared from the lot I reserved it at. Though the employees did not seem too concerned that one of their trailers was gone. So after a 45 minute out of my way detour I go the trailer. However now I'm running 1 hour and a half late consequently this put me behind and I had to extend my contract a day. So the staff here was nice given the situation.

Amy B.Reserving a trailer via your 800 number was a nightmare! My pickup location request was ignored, and somebody reserved the trailer at a location that was an hour round trip from my house -- that's 2 hours round trip to pick up and drop off the trailer. Next day I canceled taht reservation and made reservation directly with my preferred location. 800 number is not helpful at all.

JON L.If I had to put it into the greatest perspective, I would suggest the one associate in the place who knows how to run “the system†losing her mind from the transaction previous to mine, while letting everyone know her boss could come and get the keys right now (never saw a boss) and that she's the only person that ever works in the place open to close. There was another lady attempting to help, explaining how she's only been trained to clean the trucks. The system was also down for a period while we were there, which apparently had something to do with Arizona. I will say for the main lady I dealt with when I returned the trailer, she was in a much better mood and apologized for earlier, I assume attempting to grasp at any chance that I would ever re-enter this establishment.

Chris P.I was sent a link to my phone about updating if my gas were incorrect. I was told I could only use the link if there was an issue. Unfortunately I do not have unlimited data on my phone and would not have been able to make any corrections. I was told this was the only way it could be corrected. Personally I think this is bad business, because not everyone has a smart phone or unlimited data. Otherwise my experience was positive.

Despicable business practice. I will not be using your services or products again, and i will advise anyone i know to avoid your company. Don't rip people off.

Kay K.The process of opening a business "corporate" account is not worth the hassle! they have conflicting pricing that I mentioned and they would not honor the price that is posted. because the signage have not came in yet for them to replace the pricing. the headache I went through to register for a business account again is not worth it! I spent time on the phone for them to have spelled my business name wrong and then I had to spend the same amount of time in person for them to correct what was entered. And I still had to use my personal information instead of the business account I created. I went into the space and a huge rat trap sat in the middle of the floor now I question will my business inventory be safe in this location, Should I be worried about rat dropping and damaged boxes. I'm giving this 3 months instead of 12 months.

I was highly impressed with everything they did to not only fix things for me but also to ease some of the stress I was under. Talk about great customer service and truly caring about each person that walks through their doors!!! I e never had a good experience with uhaul and dreaded using them again but Samantha and Roger changed my opinion. Thank you to both of them for all they did for me and my kids

Now, with the COVID variant, in 2021, I still had to delay my flight to the USA. Unfortunately, the rates had increased a fair amount during this period so I was not too pleased. You might have thought about special cases, such as internationals, like myself, especially 60 plus in age, unable to travel to collect belongings, with difficulties getting vaccinated, during the world- wide pandemic. Other than this, the experience was good.

Yesterday, there was only one person behind the counter which doesn't help matters either. Overall, the facility is clean but there is a problem area at the rear north entrance. The downspout discharges right into the area for loading and unloading making things messy on a regular day and treacherous during the winter.

That's why I moved from my previous storage unit to UHaul. I have been a customer for 3 years. I made my payment on the 23rd and moved out on the 26th and was told sorry no can do. Total of 3 days used. I will never rent or refer anyone to rent from uhaul again as we were lied to. I would like someone for corporate to contact me with regards to this issue at 937-409-3587

Plus i didn't know where it was so i needed directions since the online map was broken. Scott was really nice and very helpful. He showed us the demo unit to make sure i got the right one and even walked us to the unit and showed us how to get in and what to do after hours, which wasn't in the instructions online. He also made sure we had a lock because there wasn't one in the unit and he got us a swipe card and made sure it worked for us.
