Ricardo the guy who helped us was amazing got us in and out in minutes he was alone Because his people were busy and he helped ppl so fast with out compromising great customer service I never do reviews but I had to it’s a great location

I was confused about being asked for a deposit, we even prepaid for the equipment as well, so the 100.00 they wanted was weird. In the end I got around paying that.

Our vehicle was reserved at another UHaul location and wasn't there when we arrived. We were the first customer of the day. They sent us to another location where we stood in line for over an hour and the supposed reserved truck wasn't available there either..We were sent to a 3rd location and guess what. Our vehicle we were promised wasn't there either. Therefore, UHaul provided us the worst service we have EVER received. Bar none.

Staff was courteous and friendly. But the truck was dusty inside the cabin and in the trunk. It can be easily wash or dusted it. It was not.

Was disappointed ,as a returned customer.Last time was great.I complained to the gentleman about my situation but got no discount.He said there to busy and that the trucks are what they are.The customer should b taken care of especially for what I payed.The gas tank wasn't even filled,a quarter tank really.You need to seriously investigate this location for poor customer service.I can't believe the deference compare to my other visit.bad charge for bad service.

With all honesty my first time renting a truck from uhaul , the staff was very helpful from the jump . Easy process and was out with the key in less then 5 minutes . Clean environment as well as well maintained equipment . Defiantly going to recommend and will be coming back for future rentals .

The place I made the reservation at was closed then had to go to another location to get the truck. When dropping it off at the one way other location they were gone and didn’t answer the phone- when calling uhaul they said they’d be back soon. I had to wait an hour for them. Overall terrible experience on both ends. At least the truck was ok.

After turning back in the car hauler the very same day, first I was told that I would receive $16 dollars back. Then three days later I received a text asking me to return the equipment and it was because the employee never checked it back in on the day I returned it ! So of course loss of my $16 back and now I have to make sure U-Haul didn’t take out more funds from my account

U-Haul has a serious problem at most all locations of understaffing at the stores especially at the weekend. The lines are too long and take forever as there are only ever 2 people at the desks. This location and several others that I was at this weekend were all the same. The staff are clearly overworked, I noted that many had not had their lunches or breaks yet (they were checking on eachother to see if they had managed to get away...none had done so as they were too busy). Management needs to wake up and take better care of their people. The Inglewood location staff were excellent however and were HUSTLING to get things done as best and fast and efficient as they could. Big props to them for dealing with understaffing and grumpy customers.

7 pm is a little early top close. Some people have to travel quite a distance, making it difficult to get to your facility after work during rush hour traffic.

The people here need A LOT of training on U-Boxes, scheduling appointments, KEEPING APPOINTMENTS, calling people back when they say they will, etc. Had to go to Regional manager to get issues fixed.

Horrible experience.I couldn't get my Ubox for over a week from Inglewood to my apartment.I was on calls for 40+ for consecutive days and being transferred from one call to other with no solution.
