The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating at move out. The facility is we maintained however the unit I was given had a tear in the roof and birds inside. I let the manager know and had to wait several days and the roof issue was not fixed. On my move in day he taped up the ceiling but it was done poorly. The issue was the same upon move out. Based on everything else I think this was an isolated occurrence. The personnel at the Jonesboro location went above my expectations. I had reserved a 15' box truck online for the wrong date and there were none available today. I told them the situation and what I was doing and the clerk offered a 10' truck. He said it was probably all I needed. He was correct. Was very impressed with the customer service and would use this location again.Billy W.
We were told our dollies we rented were in the truck- got to the moving location and they were not. We were unable to move things because of this. They didn't even check or tell us they were out. When we called back they were extremely rude. Also the truck was horribly banged up everywhere. The drop off check in took 45 minutes which was crazy and they didn't give us any discount for not having the equipment we were guaranteed. Very frustrated.CARRIE H.

Original rental was through an alternate location. Alternate location did not have equipment and sent me to Jonesboro. System did not allow transfer from one location to another so original rental was cancelled and new one was created. Reservation system needs to be fixed to make this seamless to the customer. Jonesboro hooked safety chains incorrectly. Installer did not ensure both ends of chain were connected. One came loose during the drive. Had the hitch failed, the chains would have been worthless. Not good. Perhaps training for installer in Jonesboro would be helpful - make sure chain is connected on both ends.LEE N.

I have dealt with these folks a number of times and I have never had a bad experience with this location. The truck wasn't filthy but it also wasn't sanitized for the next customer. Im surprised there wasn't a COVID cleanliness in place. There was caked up dirty and grim in the truck and my mileage was incorrect causing me to complain and request a refund b/c I was overcharged on the back end.Cadedra M.

I was told when the reservation was made I had a storage unit booked at this location. Upon arriving in the state of Arkansas at this arranged location, I was informed by the personnel that had 3 units available and had rented all 3 two days prior to my arrival. One of the service representatives was as helpful as possible in attempting to assist me in locating an available storage unit in the general area, and the other service representative was absolutely rude. I will not do business with U-Haul at this location again.debra S.

the lady that waited on me was not kind. This was the third time in the past week I rented this trailer and will be renting again on this Friday. Had no problems the other two times. This time the clerk was not helpful and was hateful. I am renting the trailer to take luggage for the kids going to church camp and turning it just a few hours later. I have been doing this for four years now. I had already booked the trailer for four times. It shouldn't be that hard to do it the third time. Hope I don't have problems Friday morning ... have to get it early and do get the youth home.MARK R.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with UHAUL. I made a reservation on 7/11 to pick up a truck & auto transport trailer from UHAUL on 7/16 from the Morrison, TN to Jonesboro, AR. Total for truck, trailer & insurance came to 579,00 $. Well, unfortunately Morrison Hardware didn't have a truck available on the date of my reservation, so I was referred to Sparta St in McMinnville. Great, right? Not exactly. Yes, they had the truck, but he didn't have the auto transport I had booked. Luckily the Morrison location did have the auto transport, so I picked it up there. What no one told me is that by splitting my reservation, my bill would nearly be doubled. I ended up being charged 529,93 $ for the 15 foot truck we rented, and billed 428,45 $ for the trailer. When I called the Morrison location today, I told them it looked as it maybe I was billed as if I was using my personal vehicle to tow the trailer and not the UHAUL. They couldn't see where they had entered anything incorrectly & referred me to call (800) GOUHAUL. I spoke with a very sweet lady there by the name of Katrina. She was very helpful. Notated the issues. Expressed that she was sorry for my inconvenience. She also told me that the auto transport wasn't showing that it had been turned in at UHAUL in Jonesboro, AR, and I told her it was turned in with the truck on Saturday. She said unfortunately she couldn't help me, but that the TN Scheduling Dept would be able to. A lady by the name of Nikki took over from there. Nikki wasn't as helpful as Ms. Katrina. Honestly, it seemed like she wanted to antagonize me. She also didn't see there was any fault by UHAUL. Apparently it's all my fault that I was billed 369,38 $ more because I chose not to pick both items up at the same location. What choice did I have? On top of that, absolutely no one brought that to my attention. Any business can make a mistake, but you should provide good customer service & admit fault when there is fault & take the appropriate measures to fix what can be fixed. The end. Lesson learned. Never again will I choose UHAUL.CANDICE G.

Clean, great, secure and our things in storage (most of our house) was in storage there for nearly two years. Everything was secure and maintained well!
