There were 11 locations that were more in my area of my home to pick up a truck from. But, they sent me to PHila. and I do not know why there couldn't have something closer. 11 locations!!!! The ride to Philly was HORIBLE!!! Way down in Philly, where they probably thought we couldn't find. It took 40 min each way and took away from the packing. Unbelievable!!!!! The ladies help was wonderful.That is about all I can say about that place. By the way, the cab leaked when it rained!!!!BARBARA G.

After taking the truck from The lot after doing mobile check in I arrived to my location to load my truck and when I opened the back door it was roaches everywhere. The interior of the cab smelled like smoke. The knob to roll down the window was broken and the driver sunvisor was missing. This truck should not have been in service and available to rent at all! I also ordered a furniture dolly and it was not in my rental when I picked it up so I would have had to come back to get that costing me more miles and money. When I brought the truck back I was still charged for the rental even though it was unusable and just wasted my time. I also asked about upgrading my truck to a larger one and was told they didn't have any available even though online It was telling me they did and that my rental would be guaranteed. I will never rent from this location again. The staff always has a bad attitude and act like you are inconveniencing them.Steffani G.

1. This was not my original location. I arrived at another location and was not given the lock box code. I sat on hold for 20 minutes and then had to drive to this location to get the truck 2. The truck smelled horrible of cigarette smoke If I could find an alternative to UHaul, I would. Sadly, UHaul had a monopoly in the area and I have no other options. Not my first bad experience with UHaul Lastly, I will need to now call because I was overcharged by 50 $. Again, just frustrating that my time and energy goes into this.Todd G.

This location is very courteous. However, the vans can be held at a higher standard of cleanliness (swept out, external windows cleaned, and internal cabs wiped down with a disinfectant prior to next renter.) Although I spray inside with 91 percent alcohol, it would ensure the company is taking necessary precautions to reduce the chance of spreading the Carona Virus.CINQUETTA D.

I rented a 15 ft U haul truck from this location on Monday, September 5, 2021. The truck broke down at the Sam's Club in Williams Town, @ about 9:45 am, the battery did not get change until 1pm, all of my plans were shattered and my time wasted. Up to now, no one has contacted me.JOSEPH B.

I was disappointed in the return of my vehicle. I was told by the person checking my vehicle in that they would handle it. They didn't check it back in while I was there. This location was very unprofessional. The staff was rude the one girl didn't know how to do anything and I had to keep calling her manager for help. As she calls the manager for help a couple times the manager tell her don't call me back no more. I was never told about 160 $hold on my card. This location doesn't close until 7pm. I got there at 6:30pm mind you I started calling at 6:15pm. No one answers the phone and when I get there all the lights are off and the door won't open and the guy that works there with the locs is seating there waiting to leave. How unprofessional?!!? They don't no how to talk to customers they talk as if they work on the street. I should've expected it I mean it's on 57th woodland so hey. I'm so mad I have a storage unit in there because I know all of my shit is gonna get messed up. Whew the ghetto!!!John D.

I called the week of to confirm my truck would be available & was told it would be ready. When I arrived the employees could not find the truck. I was given a truck that had alternator problems, as a result I was stuck on Snyder ave for 2 days before I was able to move it. Of course I was charged for 3 days because of it. Move-in had some issues due to the employee helping me put me in the wrong unit this causing me to receive emails saying I didn't pay, my locker was going to taken away, and other alarming/confusing/stressful stuff. After a few days, the manager straightened it out but then my autopay on the account got deleted when they updated my account with the new locker space. This caused me to have to pay a penalty for late rent. After I fixed that, all was fine. My husband and I had a Ubox reserved to be delivered on a specific day, however the box never showed up. We called Uhaul multiple times to inquire about how long it would take to show up and we were given various times, however the Ubox was never en route. We were told by someone on the phone that our box would be delivered the next day, however when we went to the Uhaul location in person, we were told that the UBox was not going to be delivered. None of the staff at the location or on the phone were able to give us a reason as to why our box was not delivered or why we were lied to about it being delivered when it was never en route. I have trying to contact customer service for days. I've waited on hold 3+ hours and no answer. The air worked when it wanted, the truck felt like it had transmission issues. Upon returning, I asked to speak to the manager who was not on site and after speaking with the employee and telling him how unsatisfied I was, he had a grin on his face and said all of the trucks were a mess. The staff was very helpful, they always are but whenever you have an issue with Uhaul and something goes wrong with your reservation. Uhaul doesn't take responsibility for it, my last trip to Philadelphia I moved out of Kyu storage to get a free storage room which I didn't get because you're at 95 % capacity which was not told to me before moving from New Jersey to Pennsylvania to save money. Actually cost me more than I saved.
