The most important part was missing not all your staff but one particular gentleman I used your place three times and he's been rude each three times and I do believe he's the manager maybe a little bit more training on how to treat customers would be

lisa w | Overall ExperienceThe General Manager Naquise was very helpful with the truck rental and in correcting my information for the storage rental. However, the young lady that I spoke to over the phone may not be the best person to answer your calls when trying to assist someone. She barely listened to my issue trying to rush me off the phone and placed me on hold for 23 mins before hanging up the line. When I called back, she started raising her voice about what she needed to do when I was trying to give her additional information that would help her in her search for my account. Fortunately, the next time she put me on hold Naquise answered and resolved my issue. Having been in the customer service industry myself for many years, customer service training may need to be implemented there before having your staff answer calls for the public. Since your calls are recorded, you can listen for yourself. The calls took place on 11/27/24 @ 11:53 am and 12:20 pm
