The lockbox was empty; no way to do mobile pick-up. Had to wait 2 hours for Store to open; store opened late. Truck wasn't ready when store opened. Had to wait. Sales associate had no information from online reservation except my name. The entire experience was poor. The assistant manager was late and scolded the sales associate for letting people in before counted the register. It was a mess.DAVAUGHN A.
We reserved a small van at the South Philly UHaul location weeks in advance only to be told 2 hours before our trip that we needed to go to the Woodland Ave location and that only a 10' truck was available, the trunk lock of which was in poor shape. We had chosen South Philly for its convenience so would like to see an increased emphasis on inventory and advance notice in the future.Colin F.

Teach your workers to have more respect for customers. The man who was working when igot there was chasing a little girl about 4 or 5 years old who was jumping off of piles of boxes 4 feet from ground. Then when I asked for help he says ok and leaves for the day with me standing there and the baby mother worked there to she helped me and told the manager who did nothingRichard H.

There was what look like coffee spilled in the vehicle, a quick wipe would've been nice, even though it did not interfere with my overall experience. Everything was so quick and easy, I really appreciated it. I had to extend my time, & was given more time than I asked for, which worked out perfectly. Thank you so muchDenise D.

I was charged for an extra after the employee said that the rental was extended. I called back to confirm the extension. Only to return the rental via the app and has changed a full day of rental. I was also lied to and told that there would be a 250.00 inconvenience charge .HARVEETA T.

I returned the uhaul at 5:54 and was told 'you will receive your receipt over email'. The receipt I received has a 6:08 return time. I will be following up to ask why there is a $6 and $1 missing / damage fee to my receipt when the vehicle was returned in identical condition as I receive it. I will also be following up why the additional mileage fee was $0.40 per mile when on the phone I was quoted $0.20 per mile for additional miles. Can not fault the location but U-Haul custom made trailers are not industry standard for a straight hitch and not industry standard for the safety chains. Could not connect the trailer to a class VI receiver Not not bither renting for U-Haul. I should have know better from past experiences. I am glad to know that nothing has changed in the last 2 decades. Company Quality is still the same same zero care for the equipment and zero quality assurance.Michael M.
At the time (7am) pickup, I return to agent to inform the gas gauge was below 1/4 tank of gas. I refueled before returning with ample fuel more then I started. I drove in total 7+ miles. and the vehicle is not efficient having 128,146. I owned a truck with a Hemi. I have the receipt which I offered during time of returning,The agent ignored my request to show I refueled. 7 miles total cost 10+25=$35.00 its time to upgrade the fleet U-haul.WAYNE B.
When I was waiting in line to pick up my reserved truck I didn't really want to hear the cashier on the phone talking about how she will f%# somebody up when she get off work. Don't like the staff very ignorant. For the type of money Uhaul charges for a truck, van or storage they need to hire some professional sales people.They mispronuce my name and had the nerve to keep laughing at my name. Very unprofessional. The uhaul truck was a dump broken window handles, needs a wheel alignment bad, stink, needs shock absorbers. Why are yall renting out these f#% up trucks. I feel like I just been raped after dealing with U haul . They over charge for a piece of $#% truck and horrible customer service.EDILBERTO V.
