Richard R.Steering in the truck was a hard pull. It also wanted to sway LEFT so the tires need alignment. Have driven U-Hauls before with no problem. Employees very helpful and friendly.

tim h. | Expérience généraleI will not be using U-Haul Truck Share 24/7 ever again. It does not make sense that you cannot start any of the pre-verification steps until you are on the premises of the pickup location. Things like taking photos of your license, a selfie of you (the driver), Uhaul contacting a referral make sense to be done prior to arrival. If you plan to pickup at a specific time, make sure to arrive 10-15 mins earlier to allow time for these verification steps. I also had issues with the app during pickup and drop off which delayed me getting to the next step in the process. I also could not find any reference to the gas gauge assistant in my email or account on the Uhaul app to know how much gas needed to be filled in order to reach the original gas level.

CHRISTINA M.I specifically called (general tel # not this location) to make sure I was making the right booking as it seemed expensive. When I got there, the lady (who btw was incredibly capable) revisited the rate and told me it had been basically booked incorrectly. The App didn't capture my credit card info, which I had put in earlier in the day to save time. Gas gauge was incorrectly captured on my paperwork. Found out later the right side mirror was basically loose so i could not see down the right side of the vehicle - not roadworthy. I taped up with duck tape for the way back, the person on the desk when I returned it seem completely unconcerned about my safety. The good thing about the truck, the brakes seem to have been impeccably maintained.... It was such AN AWFUL experience, honestly really poor. I will definitely try another company next time round...

John M.I rented a cargo van for 4 hours but only used it for exactly 2 hours. I was charged for using the van for the full time instead of being reimbursed for the two hours that I didn't use the van. It was returned with a full tank of gas and in great condition. I have used thus location in the past and like the people who work here and the fact that it's close by. In the past I have been reimbursed for not having the van for 24 hours and returning with low mileage. This was not the case this time so I will not be using Uhaul going forward because being charged $85 for two hours is excessive.

They asked me where I was moving to and showed me what my options were. I'm truly satisfied with their customer service. I recommend that future customers to store items in plastic/rubber containers if you're using an outdoor storage.

The most difficult part was closing out the contract, I got everything out one evening after hours and then couldn't get in touch with the facility because they don't answer the phone. It took 2 days of calls because when it passed through to the central number they told me I could only handle it with the local office, so I spent 2 days calling until someone finally answered.

We were not notified of this prior to arriving with our Uhaul truck full of items we planned to store in a 10x10, and we had to make multiple trips to take things back that could not fit in the 5x10 unit we were given. The staff was very friendly and accommodating - so no issues at all with the service.

I spoke to two office staff two months in a row to put me on auto-billing --- I was charged later fees each time because they didn't do it. Then when I checked out, I used the website because clearly the office staff didn't follow-though. Guess what, my check out was not processed. I stopped into the office just to confirm, and he had to do it manually. Why waste my time.
