The unit was new and clean, but access was sometimes an issue because sometimes they park trucks right in front of the door and it's difficult to get inside. I rated Above Average because the staff at this location are helpful and friendly. That's not always the case!

Despina G | First ImpressionsWe had to throw away more than 1/2 the contents in unit as smelled very musty and damp and many boxes ended up with ant nests in them - lost all the bedroom linens and towels for this reason. The back units butt against woods and so I think water and pests can enter unit. We incurred more than $500 of damages as a result.

CHRISTOPHER W | First ImpressionsThe General Manager Zachary Thomas went over and above to help me decide to use his facility. He did everything in his power to get me storage units. I had dependencies on my U-Boxes delivery and the Moving help schedules. He was always opened to adjust my need. During the move, my U-Boxes were kept on the farther from my units. It was my mistake. When I arrived for the move, he changed the units close to the U-Boxes. Thank you Zach!
Archanaa A | First ImpressionsThere was no keypad beside the unit as described in the app directions, so I had to walk all the way back to the office. The person behind the counter had very little interest in helping me, claiming “I only deal with truck rentals and the person in charge of storage units left an hour ago so you’ll have to come back tomorrow”. I had no interest in returning the next day. This was at 6pm when the app said the office is open until 7pm. He begrudgingly let me borrow scissors to cut the zip tie. It’s unfortunate that this person either dislikes his job or dislikes people, or both. But the in-person customer experience was not at all good.

Joe is the only one who actively listened, helped and solved the many issues I have had with this Uhaul site. If it weren’t for him there would have been a suit headed your way. Please acknowledge him and thank him - he deserves it!!!

MARISA M | Overall ExperienceCurrently in dispute with Repwest regarding this unit. All of my items were water/mold/mildew damaged due to storm water entering the unit. Also, unit had a rodent problem. Dead mice, droppings, and tons of acorns/ food brought in. 3 couches (trashed), upright kawai piano moisture damaged (trashed),mid century desk water damaged (trashed), two full sized oriental rugs, mildewed and rodent damaged(trashed). Spent a lot of money storing items with value for resale, only to have it all damaged. Waste of time/money/and effort, all to be strung along by Repwest insurance. Issue is still not resolved.
