Twice i attempted to move the items. Each time I see a u-haul truck parked in front of the storage. I couldn't open the storage after store hours. Someone need to come and move the truck to keep my items inside the storage

Finally, a week after moving out I was messaged saying that my rent is due, now with a late fee. I tried to ask for an explanation every time and was never responded to. Incredibly unprofessional. I am, or was, a big fan and user of uhaul but not anymore
