There was only one employee who was doing all he could to handle all the customers. He did a great job under the circumstances but that is Piss poor management And unfair to him and customers. He deserves a raise and management needs to hire more people and/or schedule employees better.

They told us it was a brand new truck however their was a scrape on the bumper and I didn't want them to think we did that so if someone would have come out and looked at the truck with us it would have been helpful. Also, who ever rented it prior to us left a broken plant stand in the back which we had to take care of getting rid of.

Tried to use the website to login and pickup and drop-off vehicle but it wouldn't recognize that I had location services turned on and kept prompting me for location services. Frustrating since it forced me to have to directly interact with an employee when the entire point was supposed to be contact less by signing up for the truck share. Employees were very helpful, just not what I wanted during this time.

Ordered 1 dozen moving blankets with my rental and Malvern UHAUL claimed they were all out of blankets. How does a UHAUL rental center not have hundreds of moving blankets for customers? As a result, multiple pieces of my furniture were scratched and damaged. Did Uhaul offer any discount or way to make up for the blankets? NO

Don't forget to check the windshield wipers before you leave! The wipers on the truck I rented we're getting a little old and the driver side rubber was falling off and it was a rainy day.

They were a little busy with other customers but the dude yelled over to me letting me know that I could dump and run. Later I received my receipt via email closing out my rental. How quick and convenient was this!! Leave the key in the truck and ski'daddel.

As a local business I depend on my vendors as a partner who help me succeed. I intentionally declined the "safe-move" insurance on my internet reservation. The attendant asked me if I would like it. I declined again. When I returned the trailer it had been added to the reservation. When questioned I was given the hard line to the effect they have 30 minutes to remove it from the reservation. This adds a significant unnecessary cost for me on a three day rental. Admittedly, I should have asked for a cost breakdown when I picked up the trailer. My honest vendors also offer one before the sale is finalized. We are all business owners here working through difficult times and we should be able to count on each other to act honestly and fairly. Thank you.

It’s really annoying that there is no customer parking for short term rentals. Parking across the street at Wawa and wondering whether or not my car will still be there is no fun. I refilled the gas at Wawa. Have you considered trying to reach some agreement with Wawa regarding lot use in exchange for promoting fill gas at their station?

My equipment was not horrible, but there was just dried mud in the van bed when I got it and I didn't want to be charged for it. Other than that, UHAUL is always wonderful and the gentleman working at the Frazer location are awesome!

I tried to use the on-line check-in and it was a miserable and time-consuming fail. I had to go into the office to complete the checkout, where they got me handled in minutes.

When picking up the unit, the desk agent was not all that pleasant to deal with. He Argued that there was documentation missing including my Credit Card. I had made the initial reservation via the uhaul website which requested my Credit card and my drivers license. He then somehow found said missing documents and proceeded to be rough around the edges with me during the entire loading process

Everything went well with my move but, I tried to use the 24/7 app to complete my rental and I had difficulty with it so I ended up having to go into the rental center, which I didn't want to because of the Chinese Virus.

Worst experience ever i told Uhaul i was extending and then they went and had the truck towed back to them the day i finished using it with all my stuff in it. I get told that i am not able to finish unloading my load and my brother had to come get us it was crazy it stressed me n my unborn child out and i will never rent from this location or let any friends rent from there. The miles out on the truck were different on the vehicle when i got it then the contract actually said. I tried calling several times and it would just ring.... So i am very dissatisfied
