The equipment was clean, but it could of been cleaner. Coffee spilled on the back of the floor and mud on the floor. Both I cleaned up before returning.

I could not complete electronic return process because the Location Finder step, which is used to confirm truck returned to the correct location, failed to work on two different phones. Since the location was not open when we returned, I had to make a second trip to settle up. It would have been better if I could have bypassed that step to continue the return process. I loved the two stage dynamic braking that was activated by releasing the gas pedal and tapping the brake to cause the transmission to downshift. Helped me feel a lot more comfortable with stopping & controlling speed on a downgrade, Since my Ford Fusion has a one stage version of this, I recognized the operation for what it was and used it to my advantage,

I originally ordered two dozen furniture pads to go with my truck but when I arrived only eight pads were ready to go. The employees were very nice and accommodating but that really doesn't change the fact that I would've rather had more pads to go with my move. I made do with what I had and had a successful trip.

Windshield wiper were broken, and the lines for the contact free pick up and drop off didn't work. Guys working at the store were able to help, but it was nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone (email/phone).

Have gas in the truck. I was told that the truck had over 1/4 tank of gas. Two miles from the store the gas light came on. Had to drive to a gas station to get gas. That added miles to my trip and costs for mileage. When I returned the truck at 5 pm their was only 1 person working the counter on a Saturday afternoon. I had to wait awhile but He handled the situation as best he could.

I was given ZERO notice that my rental location changed. I was never called BEFORE the date that was given to me to confirm my pickup location. The people at the desk did not care at all that UHAUL did not follow their own policy. Customer service was not helpful at all and continued to transfer us even though you're at fault. I did everything right and I ended up spending even more money then needed. Never using Uhaul again. To top it off, I got to the pickup location and INSTANTLY needed fuel considering the fuel was below a quarter tank. Unbelievably bad experience.

The location was fine, it was the rest of my u-haul experience that was lacking. I was not contacted prior to rental day as stated, had to call the central scheduler myself where i learned my reservation had been moved to a different location. This increased mileage but the rate remained the same. The truck had less than 10 miles of fuel in it. The overall failure to communicate, changing reservation details without notice and failing to compensate for the additional time and expenses that were incurred because of these changes resulted in a frustrating experience. At least when you had the 50 $refund for not getting preferred reservation details it took the sting out if having to re-adjust your schedule and the increased costs.

I requested a furniture dolly as well as a hand truck. When I asked about them, I was told they would see what they had. They piled up my blankets and hand truck outside the garage and never said anything esle. Online I was told by requesting it early, everything would be ready and loaded onto my truck waiting for me. The attendant most definitely was not interested in being bothered with getting me anything or providing any sort of positive customer service. Just wanted to get me out. Told me that the tank was full, but there was only 3/4 of a tank when I got in. I returned it full anyway. U-Haul has certainly lost a step from previous experiences I had years ago.

I did not have any problems with the location. My problem is that I reserved a truck for a different location and I was notified the day of that I would have to pick up and drop off the truck at a location much further away. If I would have know that, I would not have reserved. It was very disappointing and made my day way longer than it should have been and cost me more money than it should have.

The truck that we rented was old and the gas mileage was horrendous. It appeared that we were only getting 3-4 mpg. We rented a different truck a day later that was newer and fabulous. Same size 26'. The gas mileage was remarkably better.

We reserved a 10x10 unit and unfortunately when we arrived with all of our things we were storing, we were told there was no 10x10 units available. We were not notified of this prior to arriving with our Uhaul truck full of items we planned to store in a 10x10, and we had to make multiple trips to take things back that could not fit in the 5x10 unit we were given. The staff was very friendly and accommodating - so no issues at all with the service.

Storage unit was fine, but the commuication between the website and office does not exist. I spoke to two office staff two months in a row to put me on auto-billing --- I was charged later fees each time because they didn't do it. Then when I checked out, I used the website because clearly the office staff didn't follow-though. Guess what, my check out was not processed. I stopped into the office just to confirm, and he had to do it manually. Why waste my time.
