DO NOT GET A TRAILER HITCH INSTALLED HERE! They told me 3 hours, after 4,5 hours, job was still not complete and worker left to get his kid- no idea when he would come back and they didn't tell me until I asked for an update. Scheduled another appointment 1 week later to finish the wiring (told it would take about an hour). After 5 hours I called only to be told they didn't have the correct part and would be unable to install the wiring! No apology, no communication about what was going on unless I called, terrible customer service/professionalism with no attempt to improve the situation or make it right. VERY frustrated and still do not have a trailer hitch installed. Do not waste your money here.

The person that helped us was great! We filled the tank and still got charged 3,86 for gas which we filled! What kind of bs is this??? And we were supposed to get a furniture dolly and didnt get one! The lady In front of us had to get her truck. Get your crap together

When I left U-haul they said the gas tank was full, it was not. I have a picture of it to prove it. I drove 132 miles and had to brink it back on full, I ended up putting20 gallons / 95$ worth of gas in it!!! The truck has a 40 gallon gas tank, If you do the math, I put an extra 35$ in the tank. I want my money back!!!

The need for a cord to connect the vehicle light receptacle to the receptacle on the trailer was new to me. Luckily we had one with us so were able to proceed with our rental. if that is the norm, we should've been told in advance.

I rented the truck at 3pm and brought it back 5 hours later. Went to the website to sign the truck in since it was after hours and still got charged for 2 days usage. Also, there wasn't a 2-wheel dolly in the truck box but that didn't matter you still charged me 2 days usage of the invisible dolly as well.

Here's the problem. UHaul originally changed my drop from this great one I used twice before to a cleaners (Stoyrich) in a different part of town that was not only closed on Saturdays but had not been a U-Haul station for some time, so I was told. So for an extra hour and a half I waited online with extremely nice person helping me but I shouldn't have needed help because I should have just been returning my truck to where I had asked. I appreciate the apologies that I was given but being told that this has never happened and we don't understand why you are sent there doesn't make me happy. I asked for a credit of something for the inconvenience but was told that's not possible but gosh we're sorry. Any feedback to me would be appreciated. I've been loyal but this was crazy.

I was duped with with the speedometers meter reading. I took the truck. To Woodbury to pick up something dropped it at Geneva Oakdale and back. I was charged to have covered 84 miles. And was charged extra $44 dollars of $61.95.

it was very hard submitting the form online once we arrived after hours. You should just be able to put in your location, but the form needed you to figure out how to turn on location services and it just was not working on my phone and took over 30 minutes to eventually try to figure out :/. Was a very big hassle sadly.

When a trailer is ordered from one location and the day prior to rental I get a text telling me I have to drive 40 miles round trip more to get omit somewhere else that seems like bait and switch since I was guaranteed a trailer from the place I rented it from.

The original location I was supposed to pick up the truck was closed and the 24/7 truck was not available so I had to go to a completely different location a very very terrible experience and a big inconvenience!

Pick up the condom in front of the store front. I waited 2,5 hours with 5 people in front of me because an employee called out due to house arrest. The same employee on house arrest had the key to the truck I was renting. Horrible experience.

The computers kept freezing up, the mouse stopped working on one of them and they were understaffed, I was inline waiting for over 37 minutes waiting to be served.

The associates didn't explain anything to my boyfriend about how to drop off the truck and the steps he needed to take to ensure no additional fees. Then we found out that they charged us over $40 in fees for the .. what.. 20? miles we drove to pick up a couch and drop it off at our new apartment because he didn't know to fill up the tank. Then they charged us additional fees for not folding up the pads. Maybe they could be more proactive in trying to help clients not get charged twice as much as they anticipated.

While this was close to home for our drop off the area was not kept up very well many screws, pins & general garbage on the ground - not good for tires to * maybe pick up debris*. I know it's an old Goodwill location store, but please clean up the drive area. The guy who helped my hubby back into the parking area for the trailer drop off was nice. This area is off a very busy street so maybe the configuration of the drop site is what makes it difficult.

The customer gentleman at the counter was working overtime to keep up with the number of customers that were there. He cared a lot, very nice but the location felt very understaffed. Often he was helping 3 people at once. I felt bad for him (and it was his birthday)

I reserved a truck for 7am when the building is supposed to open. Myself and 3 other people were waiting at the front door at 7am. I sent a message to the location at 7:10 am to let them know nobody was at the store when I was supposed to open and that it was ten after. The employee did not show up until after 7:20 am, and then seemed to be upset with the previous nights employees as he was having issues finding the truck he was supposed to give me, and then had to redo my order so he could give me a truck that was actually on the lot. Returning the truck I had to wait a while for anyone to come out to inspect the truck, but the gentleman was nice and helpful. Overall, experience was ok.

We ordered 6 blankets and did not receive. Also the first trailer we were given was broken (agent didn't figure that out until after it was hooked up) then hooked up a replacement without checking if it was broken on the inside as well. Not well organized. Trailer was fine and return check in was excellent just not the morning pick up.

I have used storages for many years. All of my interactions with the manager and various staff at this location have been very respectful and courteous. Other than the occasional delays due to staffing restraints, they managed to promptly resolve any issue or concern I may have had. The current manager and staff were responsive and they seem to be very dedicated and hard workers, Overall, my experience was very good to excellent. They called me a week ago, just a few days after I got the unit, and asked if I'd moved out. I asked why they'd assume that and the guy said, "because there's only this round thing left in your unit". Just days after renting the $129 space, the uhaul employees opened my rented space!! I just can't believe it. NOW to the best part. The monthly rental was effectively ended abruptly by uhaul as soon as that Wagon Wheel Chandelier has been moved out. I received half a month and they sent me a move out receipt THAT I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE.

As soon as I dropped my insurance my unit was all of a sudden after a yr of storing my things was infested with mice. I had to throw away my $1000 mattress that I only had for 3 months before I had to store it. The manager was very rude when I told her about that.

I stopped by on February 3, 2021, the purpose of my visit was to rent the adjacent unit. My experience with the young lady Ronai (excuse the spelling) was not pleasant. She was borderline rude and condescending. I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me, as her elder I felt she lacked respect not only for the job but for me as a consumer. I rarely feel the need to send negative feedback, I get it when someone is having an off day, but in this instance, my observation was that this behavior was not a one-time occurrence. However, I do feel that Ronai has the potential to be an awesome young lady and future leader if only she learns not to have such open and obvious contempt for those around her. Thank you, PMFO

I got charged $20 because the app didn't work for picking up my location when I went to drop the van off. I even called after hours and no one responded. Also got charged $20 for $5 worth of gas. I was too exhausted to fill up the minimal amount as I had worked all day and had a finite amount of time to move heavy and many items only to do it all again the next day. Uhaul shouldn't expect renters to refill tanks. Or at least penalize them terribly when they can't. The space is also too small for 195 a month . When I checked in the clerk only gave me the rental vehicle and didn't notice I was renting a space. I am severely disappointed.

At 1:30 I realized I needed more "room" for my move. Within 30 mins I had left, rented a truck and was back home loading it. Then, the next day I was able to unload the truck into the storage area. Clean, convenient and well maintained. Thank you for solving my moving issues on the fly!

Confusing service with uhaul. Kept getting sent to different locations. None of their staff was not trained on how to remove our trailer at final stop. My driver had to show him how to do this, and then do it himself. Very odd. Obviously, need to be trained on your equipment. Told me I was at the wrong location. Had me call my insurance agent, then lost all the info. Manager had her put down a fake insurance policy number. Very unorganized, but very friendly. Need training on their equipment. Not professional at all there. Talking about getting high before work. Manager eating while talking at the desk. They all said things, I would not allow in my business. Including the manager. Staff needs to be trained on being professional and organized. We were surprised to find that at Uhaul.

The staff was nice, the facility was clean but my belongings were in there for less than a month & there was mice fesces all over my boxes. I was very disappointed.

Extremely understaffed - every time I was at the location it was at least a 1hr or longer process to pick-up a ubox or make a purchase etc. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable
