Terry N | First ImpressionsGeorge was very helpful and very accommodating. When the lights from my vehicle weren’t working for the trailer, after I got home, disappointed of course, I called and spoke with George, and he was willing to swap the trailer for a 10’ truck. I was very relieved that I would be able to move my stuff into storage that day. George also was working by himself when I arrived just before 1030am which was my pick up time, and there were about 4 customers in front of me. One suggestion I would make to your website is to CLEARLY state that you do not accept CashApp or any other prepaid card, and that it must be either a credit card or a card with a major bank.

I was told that I would get partial payment back for my storage unit, didn’t happen and I need that money. I was also told by owner that upon renting the U-Haul which I had a deposition that I could pay cash. They denied me when I went in. I want my account credit back half of December for storage rental and some compensate for being lied to. I will make this public if it does not happen!

Roland W | First ImpressionsThe people were wonderful and super helpful, but I will never recommend U-Haul to another person looking for short term storage. I paid for a full month 2days before I moved out. I talked to the office and U-Haul's policy is to NOT REFUND ANYTHING. Absolutely ridiculous that I paid for a month and moved out a few days later with no prorated rate. Never again.
