So glad to longer be with this storage facility been there for year and the staff is just rude especially the older lady that a general manager always has an attitude even when I was closing out my unit on the 27th. I did meet one employee named Josh and he was very nice and friendly I wish I only had to deal with him and not her.

I've rented utility trailers here 5 times in 2023 for a big home improvement project and every time things have gone very smoothly. The store does get busy at times, so patience and a reservation help a lot in those situations.

Gregory V.Truck was caked in Mudd when I got it and had trash under the seat and I bought a dolly and assumed it was inthe back but when I got to my location to move no dolly and when I called in and told them they told me I was suppose to grab it which is ridiculous I don't know the policy with those or checking out a specific dolly they should have assigned it to my truck and loaded it properly I don't understand why I would be responsible for locking their equipment down in an empty spacial vehicle

I never received a phone call the day prior but I received an email saying to pick up my truck from the Tiger Oates station. I arrived at the Tiger Oates station at 8am only to find out scheduling never scheduled my truck and there was no truck available for me at that location. I had to call around to find out where I could pick up a truck. This isn't the first time it has happened. The mobile pick up is a flawed service and needs to be fixed. The idea is great but the execution is terrible and inconvenient not to mention stressful. It put us an hour behind schedule. I feel like someone should have called and said "hey the truck isn't available at that location, however we have this other location available". I can honestly say I would never refer someone to use that service nor will I be using it again in the future.

BERNADETTE T.For 59yrs I have had a positive perception of UHaul - that has now ended! My interactions with the company has been riddled with errors, miscommunication and daily texts, emails and phone calls that continually upset me during the already most stressful time in my life of moving my autistic brother out of his 50yr+ home! EVERY SINGLE DAY for 3 weeks, I had to deal with incorrect "confirmations." In the end, as I suspected, though was told time after time was an unfounded concern... my UBox was delivered to the wrong location!!!!! Now, my brother's caretakers DO NOT HAVE THEIR BELONGINGS IN THEIR NEW HOME!!!!!! I have spoken to representatives in Sacramento, Anaheim, Fairfield, Vacaville, Costa Mesa, and Westminster and NOT ONE OF THEM WAS ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. AND THE BOX IS STILL AT THE WRONG LOCATION!!

Carl R.The person on-site was awesome. She had a lot of customers to deal with but made sure to greet us and let us know she'd be with us as soon as she was done with the other customers. She appeared to be the only employee and despite the wait, she was attentive and listened to our concerns about the vehicle condition. She checked the notes regarding the broken light and bad windshield wipers and the checkout process was quick and efficient. I highly recommend using this facility if you're looking or professional U-Haul service.

Customer service, both the girl who checked me in and the gentleman that received me when i returned, was superb. There is a u-haul literally 4 blocks from us but i will pay a little extra to come to this location for my next u-haul needs. Great experience overall.

Andrew H.The assistant manager was extremely rude. When we walked in she didn't even acknowledge me as she was texting on her phone. When the phone rang she answered it and said she was with a customer, but hadn't even said hi to me and put the call on hold. She talked about the other employees there saying that they still don't know how to do their jobs and rarely check in the vehicles right. When I would ask questions she would answer but was very short. She was easily distracted and shouldn't be in that position if she blames others for things being done wrong. I almost went somewhere else to get the vehicle. There were several spots of damage on the vehicle that was damaged and not marked. The inside of the back was dirty. The guy who received the vehicle back was a nice kids and greeted me quickly and got me out of there fast even though he was very busy. He was super friendly and attentive.

Then after a week of my truck being there it got broken into and vandalized. When I took my equipment out being there only over a week I did not even get a refund. I will definitely share this on social media and youtube. U-Hauls lot is not secure. They have surveillance but had me park my truck where surveillance couldn't see my truck.

Pam F. | Premières impressionsI am filling this out based on an employee named Ariella and I will also be emailing Uhaul corporate offices. The experience we walked into was absolutely ridiculous! This lady (named Ariella because I finally asked the employee trying to help us to write her name down) was rude, so rude that my adult children and myself were uncomfortable. We shouldn't have to listen to an employee leave an approximately three-minute-long rude voicemail talking completely down to someone about parking in the wrong spot at the facility. Meanwhile, the gal named Lya was trying her best to keep peace in the office and got to a spot where she needed assistance with our storage. This went on for quite a while in which another customer came in and was "snapped" in rude tones saying to her that she was busy and would help her when she was finished. This was fine, however, the tone used was extremely rude, not to mention this lady had still not helped our situation and by now it was 6:00 pm and the facility was to close at 7:00 pm. Lya asked for assistance again from Ariella and was told to wait (despite the fact that we should have been done and on our way) - we were not a priority. Lya asked if we could start unloading the uhaul while waiting and Ariella snapped - NO not if the order isn't complete. At this point, Ariella was just sitting there and Lya got frustrated and had to leave the office to try and call the store manager for help with our storage. We were further disgusted when Ariella got up from behind the desk (still not helping us) and scuffed at my 26-year-old daughter with an attitude. NOT OK! We had just spent three days on the road and to be treated like this was awful. By the time it got figured out, the time was 6:30 pm and Lya quickly opened the large door so we could unload by 7:00 pm. Next thing I knew was Ariella came stomping out with an attitude for NO REASON and stated - JUST SO YOU KNOW I AM CLOSING THAT AT 6:45 pm. At this point, I wanted to lose my mind on this woman, but luckily my focus was on getting as much of the Uhaul in 15 minutes as we could. First, I would like to say that even my 21-year-old son stated that it was a good thing that Lya was there trying her best to put out fires because I would have not gone as well for Ariella. Secondly, we will be getting a different storage unit in the near future and not recommending the facility. Thirdly, we were there when the call came in that this Ariella actually had left the horrendous phone call erroneously. I could go on but will say lastly that this experience was supposed to be pleasant and it wasn't. After she had the nerve to stall our interactions, we had to wait until after it was locked at 7:00 pm for another 15 minutes for the alarm to set. In the meantime, two other customers tried to come to the facility to drop off stuff in their storage and were turned away. The sign says 24-hour access, but that is not entirely true. Overall, WORST experience with Uhaul, and we will not use it again. With that being said, this employee Lya deserves a medal as she held it together incredibly well.

The plus side however, was the unit was very clean and was a better price then other units I had looked into.

They are not liable for anything lost or stolen, or thefts they say. Homeless drug addicts a Hang out where the fence was broken I'm the back by my car. My car was vandalized numerous times. Someone stole a lot out of it. They wouldn't credit me anything for my trouble.

My car was damaged on the property due to negligence on uhaul's part. I paid for car storage and after 5 weeks of being away I came back to a big dent in the top of my car. It was obviously from something being dropped on it. Uhaul has been doing work under the awing that my car my under and never made sure the contractors were using protection for people's cars in case something was dropped. They honestly didn't care about the damage and said they weren't responsible for it since they say you rent here at your own risk. They have also had break ins into RVs. I would NOT leave your vehicle here.

Uhaul management did not reach out to me to inform me if the re-occuring break-ins. Never received apology from Uhaul. Our RV trailer was vandalized twice while stored at the facility, as was all the neighboring RV trailers next to us. The last vandalism to the trailers was extreme. When reported, the staff gave us insurance pamphlets and said they were sorry, and said that it's a problem at that facility. No improvements were ever made, so we really had no choice but to leave.

What upset us the most was the fact that none of the employees thought to notify us. We were very fortunate however as ours was one of the smaller ones soother units were more desirable to sleep and eat food in. We did lose some possessions. When we finally heard from the manager in charge, she was very nice. We no longer have our RV there. This seems to be problematic at other storage facilities that are close to Folsom Blvd and the railroad tracks.

I know that probably isn't their job but it would seem like a basic courtesy. I asked my parents to check on the vehicle and that is when I found out. Not really sure what I was paying for to be honest. Unless you are storing your car there to abandon it, I would not reccomemnd you use that storage facility.

Maybe not having vehicles right next to the fences so people could easily climb over might help. Or higher fences. The staff was amazing and did everything they could to help.

The same person is moving trucks in the parking lot, installing hitches on cars, checking people into new storage units and selling merchandise in the store. Seems like a lot for one person at a time and I doubt they're making enough money to compensate. Please take care of your employees!
