I waited from 2pm until 2:31pm there was only one person there and only one customer in front of me. And secondly I got the $14 insurance on the truck when i was driving, the Rear driver dually tire left rear it was sounding like bad ball bearings the wheel was locking up or something all I know is something went out for a few seconds and it had me swerving it was going back and gorth left and right i got control of vehicle tried to call them they wouldnt answer i told the guy at the store but it sounded like to me theyre still gonna put it back on the road its not their loss as long as someone else puts coverage on it I guess.JOHNATHAN M.
The person that checked me in was helpful, but I was told that I would not be charged for an after hours drop off. I received my bill and I was charged. When I tried the local phone number listed for the shop, I was on hold for a while before getting someone in a call center. I was then transferred to the shop for another long hold, that I was unable to wait for.Maria L.

I went to the originally planned uhaul place and despite 2 trucks being parked at that location I had arranged. We were unable to use the application and the uhaul phone line person stated the person at our planned pick up site had not yet checked in the vehicles so they were unavailable to us.JOEL D.
I had the trailer for about 5 hours and was billed 101.00. Then was told that I had it 2 days and that they couldnt bill me for 2 days if I didnt have it 2 days. So either he lied or I am being scamedDana R.

They told me they would check my truck in later. While I appreciated they were busy, I wanted to be closed out immediately. All good though; my charges were accurate.Susan G.
It was not staffed enough. The person who assisted me was alone and there were problems with the truck I rented. I was told it had a full tank of gas and it had half a tank. The mileage was off by about 27 miles. I got out before leaving and went back inside to tell her. She said take a picture and that she would fox it. I uploaded a picture of the half tank of gas. I was ynable to delete that to upload the picture that showed the mileage and gas together, however, I took it and kept it. Upon return a couple hours later, I was charged for miles I didn't drive. I drove 23 miles ONLY. I called to let them know about the problem (I was told to just leave the truck with the keys in it and go on my way and that is the process for returns now). Once Inreceived the final invoice in my email, I realize the error had not beem corrected and that is when I called. I was told they could not fix it and that they would call and have it fixed. I texted a picture and was told it would be a week to refund my money. This error should have not happened as I informed the attendant immediately amd if ahe would have had assistance, I am sure she would have fixed it i. Tike to not be incorrectly charged.REBECCA H.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I find out my reservations was canceled because i was two hours late, then I was treated as if I wasn't trusted and it took another 20 minutes to get the trailer. The App is time consuming and battery draining, I had started to return the truck at 7PM (check lot cameras) but the app drained my battery from 20% to 0%. I had to leave the truck getting charged extra while i went to charge my phone to complete return process. Overall good except the App experienceMALIKA L.

Brandon was awesome! Very helpful and thorough. I was impressed that he managed to juggle so many customers at once. It didn't seem fair that he was left alone in the store with so many people + phones to take care of, but he took it all in stride.
