The App is time consuming and battery draining, I had started to return the truck at 7PM (check lot cameras) but the app drained my battery from 20% to 0%. I had to leave the truck getting charged extra while i went to charge my phone to complete return process. Overall good except the App experienceMALIKA L.

Brandon was awesome! Very helpful and thorough. I was impressed that he managed to juggle so many customers at once. It didn't seem fair that he was left alone in the store with so many people + phones to take care of, but he took it all in stride. I returned the trailer a day early because the dealer did not connect the tail lights and it was unsafe to drive. (Check the picture on file.) The real problem was the location was terribly under staffed and therefore the person serving me was dealing with several customers at once. On the return, I asked for refund for the unused second day but did not receive one. Accordingly, I will post a negative review on social media.CHRISTOPHER E.
when store opens which i think are busiest time should have 2 registers 1 those with an appointment, the other for walk ins. many times i book for 7AM to get early start to beat the heat, I arrive and wait in long lines not getting out sometimes for an hour, and I am simply getting a trailer, the store i used to was good I Was in and out, some of the others wowScott S.
Both times I've been there the "system" has been down. Just makes it harder to get in and out. But I love your Motorcycle trailers and the people working at this location did a fine job, making the best of a system down situation.Andrew P.
Regarding Uhaul specifically: remove the â€œone wayâ€ advertisement from your literally every single truck in the lot. I needed to get a truck from SF and drop it off in Sac but they called me to tell me that wasn't a thing anymore; I had to return the truck to the same location I picked it up from (2-hours away). It only worked out for me because I had people coming from Sac who could pick it up. However, it felt like a silly ploy to get me to pay more; I ended up paying over $300 to drive a truck from Sac and back when I could have just picked it up in SF and made one stinking trip. It all worked out though. We also had another issue with picking up the truck. We chose to pick it up using my phone and everything went well until I clicked on the payment option and got an error message. We stood next to truck for about 30 minutes waiting on customer service to confirm the payment and explain how to get the keys. After all of that, I must say that I had a great experience with the actual truck. It drove well and was clean. Felt safe to drive aside from the wheel not being centered while driving. Drop off was a breeze and that 15' foot truck can really hold a ton!Candice R.

The MC trailer was excellent. Very nice service and experience. I plan to use the MC trailer again in the future. I should say- needed an adapter from my 7 pin connector to the 4 pin of the trailer and you tech provided that and did not complain. Very much appreciated.Andrew P.

I want to say that Kenneth at the Mather Field Uhail is an asset to your Company. Customer service A++, he was short handed only one working in the morning but he was so nice, so pleasant to everyone who was upset because they had to wait in line instead of following the quick check in method.
