Network for using mobile app is challenging. Several disconnects. App is a bit awkward but I was able to complete the check out. Furniture pads/blankets were not in the vehicle, then I received six instead of twelve and didn't use them but were charged regardless. At 8AM there was apparently only one person on staff with four customers waiting. Given the network, mobile app issues and lack of staff, I was delayed by 30 minutes in pickup.

The young lady and young black kid was extremely professional and a pleasure to be around. They have a lot of pride in their work and it shows. They connected and disconnected the trailer as a team and really shows the leadership and training program is outstanding at your company.

The receiving clerk was not a nice person. He was outside when I arrived and did not greet me. When I asked if I needed to go inside...he said, “if you just wait a minute I’ll help you. He barely said two words other than YOU CAN GO after his inspection . I felt racially intimidated. I won’t be going back to that store again. His name was Nicholas.

Palm Bay road and babcock store did not have my truck available for pickup even though I had signed up for one a few days prior to pickup at 0730. Your representative on the phone was helpful to find me another truck. At another location. Unfortunately causing me to have to add another 12 miles worth of gas and charges.

At checkout, the other person working checked out the same truck so we had to start all over again resulting in being charged twice and taking 45 mins. No one walked us out to the truck or anything. The tires were unsafe and almost bald. Ended up having a blow out an hour into the trip. Delayed the move. VERY unsafe that uhaul would rent equipment like this. Unsatisfied customer and would like to be contacted further about this.

Passenger mirror was loose and moved with every bump. Made the passenger side a huge blind spot on 26ft truck. Was given a truck with less than 1/4 tank of gas, almost ran out before I could get to a gas station that fit the truck. Electrical issues, had trouble starting it every time. Terrible brakes, truck shuddered and shook every time the brake was depressed. Returned truck early and rented from somewhere else instead of running another load. Worst truck rental experience of my life, and I've done this quite a few times.

The trailer had a lot of X's on it marking a lot damage. That should have raised concern on my part and demanded another trailer, but I didn't. Perhaps because of this, traveling through rain all day, when I got to unload my trailer several boxes that rested on the floor were wet. Fortunately no damage to the contents, but that should be a concern. I personally think that particular trailer should be retired.

Your process to sign equipment out is lengthy and frustrating. Cell phone photos of drivers licences and uploads to your system is a hit or miss. Nearly an hour spent signing out equipment.

Make sure the truck is a good quality to rent. The truck broke down in Ga and we waited almost 3 hours for a tow. We had to get the car off the trailer to get transportation. It was towed to a Uhaul place near Savannah and they didn’t have a 20’ truck to replace the original 15’. Our truck had to be unloaded by people along with myself and a nice man from Uhaul otherwise it have taken hours to complete. Then we had to get the car reloaded on the trailer and we FINALLY left after 2:30. This was an entire day wasted for us as we had to be in NJ by early Thursday morning.

The mileage fees are a little high. $.99 a mile I think is about twice what it should be. If I was moving in town it would be no big deal, but I needed to move from a town 60 miles away. So that $19.99 rental that is advertised so largely became $160 real fast. That’s a bit much for a simple move for one day. When I priced a truck and tow dolly to move across country it was like $800 for like 5 days. That’s reasonable for a big move. But a small move for one day at $160 was a bit much.

Employee was not knowledgeable and it was very frustrating. Very slow service as and I had to argue to obtain pricing quoted. He didn’t seem to understand how to complete rental agreement to match price quoted as reserved and talked to dispatch constantly while dealing with me. So frustrating that I lost my patience.

Customer Service over the phone "Lynn" offering fraudulent quotes. No one appreciates the "Bait and Switch" mode of business!! We will never use U-Haul again, BTW .69 per mile is obnoxious!!!

Apathetic It's all status board with their jobs and care less about the customer I was told to check my email well without my phone I couldn't check my email in for receipt of return. I want a mile over the limit and was charged $2 kiss my ass in the future U-Haul

The whole process was very fast and everyone I dealt with was very courteous. I came to return the truck during a busy time and all the employees were handling the customers quickly and professionally

Check out and checkin in seem to take a very long time. By the time I got the truck on the road I only had 5.5 hours left of my 6 hr rental. I later found out that time is not charged but miles. Overall a good experience. The owner seems to really care about proper training of employees and making sure they understand their responsibilities.

Frustrating. This was not the contracted location of my Drop off. I went to the satellite beach uhaul dropoff as per my contract and was told they had no room and to go elsewhere. Not customer focused. Not contractual. Cost me another hour and gas so I requested a $100 credit for the unprofessional and inconvenience caused by this local uhaul representative. I am not responsible to move uhaul assets around for your convenience

Household furnishings 3 yrs, the temperature was above the max level by a few degrees no damages. You can kick the roaches on their backs down the isles no insects in my belongings however..

The tracking of the containers and administrative part of the u-haul rental experience seems to be disconnected. Multiple phone calls to uhaul about on 9July lead to eternal hold or disconnects.
