Poor customer service, was supposed to pick up a vehicle through the app and the facility did not set it up for me to pick, called corporate and they confirmed that the location didn't set it. So was forced to wait til they opened to pick up vehicle which now put me 2 hours off schedule. After leaving I got an email with my receipt and the person behind the counter changed my contract after tell him their I set it up the way I wanted and he still changed it without telling me. If this is how you let your facilities do business, I will take my business elsewhereCHRISTOPHER M.

The A/C didn't work and we had to drive from Florida to Atlanta and when I called the location where I rented the truck from the owner/ manager Tony told the sales guy to tell me that the person the turned it in before me NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT THE A/C NOT WORKING!!!!! The person in Atlanta said they should have never rented me that truck with the air not workingTAWNYA J.
The store and the van I rented was nice and clean. Also the staff was very friendly yet professional. They made the whole experience very easy and smooth and answered all my questions and concerns. I would recommend this location for any and all future needs.Robert B.

I was not informed up front about the detail required for pickup photos. I was charged for an existing scuff on the truck box. I was also not informed upfront that there was a night drop charge even though I said that is what my intentions are. It be really cool if uhaul made a type of camper out of the big uhaul trucks. I loved the uhaul aesthetic. Just need a window, ac, power, bathroom. I had cool ideas for decorating inside and outside the uhaul. Like easy mount tv rack. And a better light in the back. Maybe 2 lights in the back of the uhaul. It was dark.And charge a better monthly rate. Plz. But overall I enjoyed the pricey base experience. And uhaul staff was super nice. Uhaul camper special for the recently kicked out or uhaul appreciator. I also liked seeing all the different uhaul art. MerciDYLAN C.

The computer system said they had pick up truck there and I reserved it myself online but when I got there I was told they didn't but offered a 10 ft box truck which thankfully worked for me.The manager was on top of the situation and very helpful.whole staff was greatJAMES G.

This is the second two bar I've had fitted in 4 years and I used two different UHauls. Each time when I ordered the tow bar and went for fitting the unit had NOT been ordered and I had received no phone call to that affect. Its a 35minute drive to the UHaul and 35 minutes back, this doesn't take into account the very response from the staff on duty Your customer service in regard to tow bar fitting is appalling and your Managers and Staff need to be taught QC and Customer Service.Malcolm B.

My issue isn't with the location but the dishonesty with my price quote. I was quoted 19,95 + 0,59 per mile. I had the pick up for 2 hours drove 22 miles put 2 gals of gas back in it. When my e receipt came, I was charged 102 $. I emailed to ask why and have gotten no response. Poor business practicesAmanda S.

The first person to help me checked me out and ran my credit and and then mentined in passing "oh we don't have the furniture dolly you ordered". I had just been charged for it, and asked if he could offer a solution, and asked how I could move my furniture without it. He offered me a chance to buy something and I explained I'd come to rent stuff because i did not want to buy it. He was about to lend me one of "theirs" when the store manager told him off and told me that it was "not my problem" when I asked him if he would check other Uhaul locations. The treatment I received at this location was disrespectful, callous and uncaring. I will do my best to avoid this location and Uhaul in future, and of course would tell others the same. What can you do? Train your staff to be polite and sympathetic. And if you accept an order, honor it. This is basic business.ANDREW C.

They sent me out with broken ratchets and I got stuck in St Augustine for 3 days. Then I was given a car hauler which was too large to drive so I went and had to rent a different tow dolly that worked with my van and I would like reimbursement for that. I am super unhappy with the whole experience honestly!Hulya I.
The computer was down when I arrived to pick up truck/van (10 Feet) on Saturday the 21st).. I could not buy other items..but by the time I had the van/truck the computers were back up and running and I could purchase the items. The girls and the man that helped me Saturday were awesome. Very apologetic for the computer situation and the man working helped me understand all the switches and driving items/mirrors kindly. When I brought the van in....the same girls were receiving that had helped me retrieve the van/truck and were again awesome. The next day (Monday) I realized I had left a few items in the van/truck and I called the UHaul faciltiy and the person who answered the phone was again awesome and retrieved the lost items and told me I could come picjk them up as soon as I could. When I came back to Uhaul to pick up (Monday at approximatley 2:30-3:30)..no one was there at desk. I could hear someone on the phone in the office behind the counter. I peaked my head in..thinking they did not know I was there..and I saw a man on the phone preocupied and I was not sure if he saw me or not...but regardless he carried on, on the phone with an employee talking about shifts and how he appreciated having a weekend off and etc.. I again peaked my head in that area..thinking he did not know I was waiting (as it has been 10 minutes or so)...and he just nodded at me. I then went back to the counter and waited another 5 to 8 minutes while he finished his call...and then he yelled out to me from the back room.."what was I needing". He could not be bothered. I asked him if he was talking to me? He still did not get up from the desk. I had to go back behind the counter and say..How Rude! I cannot believe the way he greeted me...I expalined that I was a customer. He still did not get up and treated me like I was a nobody. I honeslty cannot still believe the way this man treated me. I believe he may be the general manager..Tony. He did get up and give me the tiems I had left in truck and told me to have a good day..with so much sarcasm. I will never go back there again. He had absolutely no regard to his customers. He just could not be bothered.BETH A.

I was rerouted to the store, because my original pickup place did not have a truck set out for me. The place was closed and the trucks were all locked up. It was very frustrating and we wasted 45 minutes going to a new location. When we arrived the girl at the counter was very unfriendly. I only use U-Haul for moving. Wish you had a smaller truck with a lift gate so it would make it easier to move appliances like refrigerators, washer and dryers. I have a pottery kiln that you can only move with a lift gate I don't need a huge truck to move a couple items.EDWARD C.

waited to pick up my vehicle for over 30 minutes when I asked if personel in the back room could assist I was told I just have to wait. I could overhere multiple people conversing. All I needed to do was pay for the service and leave, but i still waited for over 30 minutes. I will never recomend this Uhaul to anyone.Stephen D.

Gas gauge was not properly calibrated. When I picked up the truck, the paperwork said the gas tank was full but the gauge only show a little over 3/4. I changed the tank amount and submitted a photo of the gas gauge, as required. I drove a total of 7,1 miles and the gauge still showed a little over 3/4. Upon returning the truck, I was told that the minimum gas charge was 1/16 of a tank. 1/16 of a tank for driving 7,1 miles. I told the attendant that since the difference was only about 5 $I wasn't going to argue with him about it but I think that the gas charge should be figured into the mileage charge, especially when there is no gas station nearby.Thomas C.
Total opposite of pick up location. LOL Open format with plenty of space on paved lot for equipment storage and maneuvering (you can see what trailers and trucks they have available just driving by). Office area is large with plenty of moving items and options. Staff came right out when I pulled in and checked me out. VERY EASY PROCESS on this end!RYAN R.

I think it would be nice if the units were pro rated. If my storage fee is due on the 15th and I moved my things out on the 1st. Lesson learned! The storage unit was not what we expected. My husband could not even stand up inside the unit. It says that the unit is 6 ft high and it is not. Because we are in a hurry (and moving) we had no choice but to take the unit. We are disappointed that when we rented the storage "locker" (which we did not know what that really meant) over the phone through uhaul it was going to be so difficult to get in and out of. For a good example, my husband could not even put his fishing poles in this storage unit. We have rented multiple storage facilities over the years, and this one will be a true lesson. We feel it is misleading and they should make SURE you understand the size before renting. The parking to unload is another obstacle as there is none really and only 1 door to access the building. Being on a budget, the prices for a second story unit were just right. However, upon inspection, I was shocked to find just how high the second story units were (the only reason they did not rate an "Excellent"), but they were all airy and spotless, as was the entire facility. Sawyer was definintely an asset; polite, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating.
