The personnel were very slow as one of the 2 was a trainee. My biggest problem was the after hours return. The website was very glitchy and the phone service never answered

denise S.This place is a joke, there was one couple in front of me who couldn't get a credit card to work then they tried to come up with cash, both were high on something.. Two clowns behind the counter could not multi task every other word out of their mouth was F this or F that.. It took me an hour to pick up a trailer that I had already paid for. Then when we did go out to hook up the trailer the guy had to smoke the whole time. I can say I will be hard pressed to use Uhaul again or even recommend to my peers.

Your printer is down. When I returned the following day to clean and close my storage unit I asked about getting a receipt for the truck. It had never been processed that it was returned the previous day. David stepped in and processed it and apologized for the error. Not a major problem but I'm glad I said something. I could have been charged a late fee.

It is very much appreciated in light of all the stress people are typically under during something as overwhelming as moving. On top of it all, due to horrible weather, we had to keep the truck an extra day and we were not gouged from a price standpoint and the customer service rep was so understanding and willing to help. Every UHaul employee we dealt with through the entire transaction was great! Thank you UHaul!

That vehicle should have been repaired before it was sent back on the road. Overall, all of the staff were polite and knowledgeable. Only issue I had was the truck itself.

The truck leaked from the roof leaving water on my furniture. At the drop off location no one seemed to care. I was told,"You need to speak to the location that rented it to you". I called the Miamisburg location. After finally getting someone to answer the call. I was told to speak to customer service. It tooled over 3,5 hours to get a return call. I still need to rent another 26 ft to complete my move. I am not sure if I will use Uhaul again.

Jerry H.I did all of the pre-sign stuff online before I went in, then had to do it all over again, and the computer was glitching so we had to do it two more time's after that. Why offer it if it is pointless. Also had an issue with the trailer wiring on my car, that was installed by Uhaul. The guys there did their absolute best to see if they could fix it. They got it working. I was told by my car shop mechanics that it was installed incorrectly and I was going to have problems. They were right.

Also, the app should be able to verify return users with two step verification and they can update license info as needed once logged in.

Karen T.I can't think of anything that could be improved for the location at 234 N Springboro Pike in Miamisburg. Check in was easy, the truck was fine, and checkout was completely painless! However, booking through the website was not a great experience. I didn't have the option to return the truck to the original location, and I couldn't find anywhere on the site to add an appliance dolly to my order. Other than that it was a good experience, and good value for the rental.

The Manager Chelsea Holmann was disrespectful using foul language, calling me a liar when I went to her for help on more than 3 occasions to fix the IT problem keeping me from accessing my account. She told me to "make up addresses" and other information so she lacks honesty, certainly has NO INTEGRITY AT ALL. When calling to see the rent was paid since I lived out of town, I was hung up on, verbally abused and overall, he general staff was NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE at all as to how to do the job they were charged with doing, making it even more difficult. There were 2 young men who were always finding themselves apologizing for the problem with my account and doing a nice job. But unfortunately, they also felt the need to apologize for Chelsea's lack of management and nasty behavior. Overall, I will NEVER EVER recommend nor use U-Haul again and will do everything I can to discourage anyone I know from using the Miamisburg U-Haul so they don't have similar problems. As I stood for over an hour waiting to be helped because people were on smoke breaks, didn't know how to handle storage issues or whatever the excuses were that day. Chelsea hires many who have her same disposition; gravely flawed… but she works well with those people. Unfortunate that customers suffer!

Hopefully the staff ( mostly the ones at check in snd check out) won't depend on the manager to do everyone's job. I also called uhaul to get a truck last month and when I got there they said they had no tricks that went one way. No one offered me any other option but to pay my storage unit for me to pay another month. I drove two hours got off work for the whole move and then I got a call from customer service rep who just lectured me in stead of giving any apology for the staffs rudeness and unwillingness to help . The uhaul units are nice the areas are clean but the customer service is terrible. The manager Jeremy was helpful

Maybe have 3 people , one person extra thats p/t to help with line. Website also does not always work to check in, by pass line too. One person knows everything there and most of the others not so much and always has to stop and help that person on the pc. Give them better training on the system so they can be just as efficient. Just my 2 cents.
