Stephen M | First ImpressionsI absolutely hated coming to my storage unit because there was a load screaming alarm every time I opened the door to my unit. Sometimes, I would dread opening the door. I reported this issue repeatedly. It stopped and then started again. What was interesting is it would sound during the day but not at night, so I know they can control it. I felt embarrassed, like a thief who was burglarizing my own unit. It was unacceptable. I'm happy that I will never hear that sound again. I will never store my items at this facility again.
