The lady that waited on us was rude! Gas was at 3/4
People at that location is fake and rude. And I have not got my money back on my visa yet. The mangers I dealt with was rude. And some of the employees. I went to this location a few years ago there were sooooo nice.
Received a notification a day after I dropped off trailer that I owed an extra fee, even though I dropped it off on time. Dropped off on Sunday 10/18 and person said I was good to go, without giving me any documentation.
Extremely POOR Management at this location. The whole atmosphere was TOXIC! The employees are afraid of Mana8!
The vehicle they rented us needed brakes very badly. It squealed so loudly it hurt our ears when stopping.
The equipment was in very good shape and well organized. My frustration is with the desk employee who was not helpful. I reserved my truck using the mobile check-in for the first time, but could have used a few words of instruction and perhaps some friendliness. Instead, I was essentially ignored and the next person in line was assisted...very frustrating as I have rented from this location more than once. My takeaway is that I was encouraged to spend my money elsewhere.
I initially tried to reserve a truck in person at the location. The unhelpful woman behind the counter was eating her lunch with her mask off at the time. She refused to tell me whether or not a truck was available until I provided my phone number. I explained to her that I was not going to provide any personal information until I know that there was a truck to rent. I ended up leaving upset. Eventually I ended up reserving a truck online. I found the pickup process frustrating. It took me about 45 minutes to get through it. Everytime I was asked to take a picture of something, I would press the button button on your website to do so. Instead of taking me to my camera to take the picture, it would instead take me to my photos app. I would have to switch to my camera app, take the nessesary picture, then return to your website. If I hit the back button on my phone to go back and add the photo, I would be taken back to the beginning of the pickup process. I found it very frustrating. I also didn't like that I had to provide two additional methods of contact. First I was unaware that I needed to provide this until I went to pick up the truck, which left me unprepared. Then when I provided my wife's contact info, she and our newborn daughter were woken up by your robo call and text message letting her know that she was added as a contact. I wasn't aware that would happen. My last complaint is the smell of the can of the truck. Whatever product is used to clean or deodorize your truck smells like a pet flea and tick shampoo. I'd consider switching to something that smell less offensive and chemically.
Back of the truck was soaking wet. Maybe dry it out between uses.
Customer service is abysmal, no one wears a mask or wears one correctly, alarm system and doors to storage were always working incorrectly
Large selection of trucks, but very long wait inside. The mobile check in was more trouble than it was worth and cost me almost an hour of time, and the employees were of no help whatsoever because they "didn't want to screw something up." I had to reenter all of my information, including ID photos for the mobile pickup, which I had already done during making the reservation. Then I spent 5 minutes attempting to locate my vehicle on the lot, then after finding my vehicle, I had to go back inside the building just to get the key! I had 2 trucks reserved. 1 had the key in the truck, the other did not. What's the point of not having the key in both vehicles?! My biggest issue was picking up a truck with the wrong gas level reading marked, but told I had to return the truck with more gas than what was in it when we picked it up. It is absurd to rent out vehicles with less than a quarter tank of gas in them, as well. We had to gas up the vehicle in order to even use it, which wasted more of my time.
I dropped off after dark so it was a little intimidating returning truck through self-check out. The parking lot is WAY TOO DARK after the sun goes down. More lighting in drop off area would be great. The place to drop of the keys needs to be a little more obvious. It took me about 10 minutes to find it. It needs to be labels better.
The truck road like it had square tires. The side had damage that was pretty significant. I was told over the phone that the appliance dolly was a $10 charge and asked if that was daily and was told no just $10. Saw on the final bill though that I was charged $30 for it. The location was great the equipment was not and the over the phone reps were misleading.
The man that was checking vehicles in when you brought them back was not very nice. He gave me instructions how to leave the vehicle, he was there inspecting another truck. He said to me turn off the truck, leave the key in the ignition and don't lock the door I repeat don't lock the door. I'm not a teenagers or a younger adult so I have common sense but it was his tone. And when ask about the gas he was extremely rude he kinda yelled at me about it. I had only went 9 miles and he said did you refill the gas. I said no sir I did not because I went 9 miles and it is still at a 1/2 of tank. He yelled at me you will get dinged for that. I said how it's at a 1/2 tank same as it was when I left. Rolled his eyes and told me ok get out of the truck then. I had never rented from uhaul before. I feel like this man acted the way he did because I'm a woman.
Took over an hour to get checked out, and I pre registered online

This location is grossly under staffed. Long wait time both outbound and inbound. Their new hands -off registration system is a joke and triples the wait time ! Will not visit this location again.
One suggestion that I observed is that both dropping off and picking up there was a long wait required due to minimal staffing. When coming to pick up i and another customer waited for 5-10 mins easily for service and when dropping off I waited approx 10-15 mins cause of minimal staffing. another customer behind me was also upset with the wait
First counter employee was very rude. Started arguing with me about the alternative telephone call number. I did not have my cell phone with me. I had to drive an hour round trip just to get a stupid telephone number. The transmission was not right and brakes did not grip well.
I had a quick question and tried to call for a answer. After being on hold for 10 minutes I hung up. I tried 3 different times. I tried on line chat and have up after 10 of no response. You need to get your phones answered faster. That really put me out with U-Haul.
