I was not informed there is a $20 fee for using night drop. You should refund me that amount as in fact I paid for 2 days rental but returned the truck 16 hours early. Thank you.

Have more customer service people on site. Wait time to pick up trailer was long with only 1 person working on the counter. Upon returning the trailer was the same. This isn’t the first time this has happen. Several times of the year I’ve rented trailers from you guys and it’s always the same.

I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THE MANAGER AND SPOKE WITH ONE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. ON THE PHONE. ONE THAT DID NOT WORK AT THE ACTUAL LOCATION. THE MANAGER IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WAS ORIGINALLY WHY I HAD CHOSEN THIS LOCATION, BUT I HAD TO EXTEND MY RENTAL THE FIRST ORDER , AN ADDITIONAL DAY AND SOMEONE CAME TO MY HOUSE AND WAS LOOKING IN THE UHAUL AND ASKING MY NEIGHBORS QUESTIONS. SAID THEY LEFT THEIR DRIVER LICENSE IN THE UHAUL. WHY WOULD THEY GIVE MY ADDRESS OUT!!??

When getting the rental it would have been nice to have been told the smallest uhaul does not have a ramp or dolly. I drove to my house and realized there was no ramp then had to drive back.

Employees were unprofessional. Wait time is very long. It does not take 20 minutes to check in equipment. No point in getting in line because they will skip your turn. Employee waited 20 minutes to tell me that I could not return the equipment there. They could have told me way earlier when they passed me several times to help new customers that were just getting there. The contract told me to return the equipment at this location. I payed U-haul a fee for their service and held up my end of the contract. It's not right to make your customers run around town doing your job. I've rented from U-haul for several years and this location has always had issues.

I stated that the drop off will be on Ventura street in Fresno but when i arrived there, they told me to go to another location on abby street cus they have no more room. I didnt want to argue and went ahead and dropped it off at the other location. Im very disappointed on overall experience with uhaul. Very!

Extremely disappointed. The u-box was scheduled to arrive at 2 pm with the help of movers. The movers did not arrive until 6 pm. When they arrived, they arrived with the wrong box. The u-haul location was impossible to reach too, making the coordination of the u-box delivery impossible. No one was picking up the phone even after calling many times, the day before and the day of. I went back to the u-hail with the movers to make sure everything would go right this time. It took the u-haul representative at least 15 attempts to place the u-box into the trailer. What was supposed to be a job ending around 3-4 pm ended up finishing at 9 pm.

I like UHAUL. THE BIGGEST DRAWBACK IS THE TIME IT TAKES TO GET equipment paperwork done. The app reservation is basically redone at the counter. I would rent more often if it was a faster process.

When I dropped it off I followed all the instructions in the app. I also cleaned the car as I was instructed in the app. When I went to drop off the keys in the Dropbox a employee asked me to move the truck into a drop off area and rudely argued with me about why I should have known to park it there and to not wash it, even though the app instructed otherwise. Employees should be helpful to customers not arguing with them for no reason. The truck was fine but I would never recommend the location because of that

Shrive was good except trying to turn back in the truck..there was only one person there they told me to leave the truck so I did. I left it with a 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up it was empty I was supposed to get a 67 dollar credit on my bill I don't know why io didn't receive the credit?

Have more employees, super short staffed and maybe inform them so they are all on the same page. This was my worst experience at uhaul ever, and I will never be back to this location or ever refer. My friend actually told me not to come here and I just gave it a chance to experience myself. I regret not listening to her.

Was very disappointed, not in the employees but the service. I had made a previous reservation via phone call and had to drive across town just to pick up my 26’ truck. When I got there I was told that “there was no truck available. “ I was told that there was no communication between the phone reservation staff and the actual location so I had ultimately reserved a “phantom vehicle.” I was then told there was nothing they could do. So I had to drive all the way back to tell my father who had driven from an hour away to help and tell him there was no truck. After another phone call I was then told that there was indeed a truck available. So I had to drive all the way across town again to get it because I only had one day to move. I was never offered a discount, I was told that there was “scheduling miscommunication.” It was a miserable experience and I would recommend to anyone moving to please seek out different options. There is no guarantee you will get the vehicle you reserved and you’ll end up driving all over town. The reserving process does not expedite the process nor does it guarantee the vehicle you were promised. Two thumbs down.

Y’all left the padlock on the truck and I had to travel back to the location to get the back open. Then y’all charged me for the miles that I had to drive back and forth due to your error. And then also charged me for a dolly you didn’t provide.

the whole entire experience was awful. First it was way over priced. Then they switched my pick up location. Next they tried to tell me they wouldn’t have it ready in time so I had to find somewhere else to pick it up. We finally get there.. and David helped us, he was so rude. He didn’t want to be there. Every other word out of this mouth was “fuck”. It was AWFUL.
