dianne S.I needed a van for less then an hour an was given a "1 way truck by a employee and told I would only pay a small amount more. I asked repeatedly if it wasn't easier to just pay the extra 10 for the larger truck and was reassured it would not be a issue and that a note would be left to inform the incoming staff. I was contacted the next day and told I was being charged the full "1 way price and nothing could be done. I repeated that I was reassured by the employee and was told he needed to be better trained and was "kinda new" and I would still be charged the full price. The girl I spoke to was not helpful or friendly and had a very matter of fact approach when I asked to speak to her supervisor. Reassuring me that her supervisor would back this decision. No attempt was made to try and rectify this situation in a fair manner. I have been a Uhaul customer for over 20 years. I WILL NEVER give them my business again at ANY location. I will also be sure to share my experience on all my social media platforms and to all my friends, family and associates every chance i get. No one should be mislead or simply dismissed when conducting a business transaction. That employee is responsible for what he says and does. As is the supervisor I spoke to. I should not have to pay for they're lack of knowledge of the job they have do. Lastly I hope the extra money taken from me is worth all the future business me and my direct circle will definitely no longer bring this company. Far from the only moving company out there FYI. Unprofessional and rude

MARIA L.the flip down step on the auto transport was broken and flopped around but it functioned properly , I was told when reserving that I had to return the trailer back to the same location i picked it up which was an extreme pain because I had to tow a vehicle to New Hampshire and then drive all the way back to return it instead of being able to drop it off up there.

When I returned the trailer, it was a fast, seamless experience. I highly recommend this location and the person (whose name I didn't get).

Marcus the attendant on duty however was more than awesome! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented and deserves a commendation. He is an asset to your business at this location.

She banged on my passenger side window and started screaming at me!!! She did this because I wasn't "under the canopy"…as is I knew where to park. If she had broken my window I would've called the police. I will Never use uhaul again.
